Absolute worst experience and it continues to get worse.
Avoid at all cost. Do not trust them. I will take the blame for getting tricked into a bad contract even though they used pro-rated payments to hide higher financing charges. But the basic serving of the loan is terrible.
Prob the most expensive learning experience of my life. DO NOT PROCEED.
quoted me at 7.5% interest - switched to an outrageous rate factor at the last second. Assured me there is no early pay-off penalty.
Payoff is nearly 28% the equipment received. Also applied returned funds for unreceived equipment to the balance not the principal so I get to pay triple interest on non-existing equipment in which the finds were returned in full.
Reason of review: Not as described.
Monetary Loss: $16000.
Preferred solution: Payout of equipment only at 4% penalty.
I didn't like: Bait and switch - lack of resolution.
I am a physician and the owner of a clinic. In 03/2015, I purchased medical equipment at a conference for $73,000 and signed a 5-year loan with their onsite salesperson. When I asked if I could pay this off earlier, the representative said that there will be no penalty and they would be very happy if we paid it off early. In the contract, there was no mention of early payoff conditions. In March 2016, I decided to pay off the entire loan but was told I needed to pay most of the five year's interest. This was not disclosed by the salesperson when I signed the contract.
In total, I paid $84,772.08 in March 2016. When I asked the company how much balance I still had left in my account after I paid, I was told there was $2,800 left. As it was a small number, I did not pay this right way. However, when I called them on 10/03/2017 to pay off the small balance I was supposed to have left, I was told I still have $14,700 IN MY BALANCE. There was no statement or any transparent information about the account throughout the whole process. They do not have an online account for you to check your balance, and their customer service is very misleading. They even could not provide me my payment history. This was the worst business decision of my life.
