cannot Reach these folks. After several phone calls and emails no response. a 7 minute hold wait turns into 19 mins only to be told to email them instead and still no response from email either. Website NOT user friendly. This company is designed to fail you at every turn. I am starting to believe they are non existent
When i gave my GED exam in 2012, I just received only 1 certificate for my english test and the rest i never received yet. So i planned to order those documents in Jan2017. I paid 60$ for the documents and they said they send it through USPS but they didn't provide me any tracking number which is totally absurd. Whenever i ask them where is my tracking number they can't provide me any and tells me to contact the national postal service in Malaysia, which i did and they straight away rejected because i don't have any tracking number.
While the service they provide is legitimate the way in which the so called customer service supervisor deals with paying customers is simply atrocious. Daniel is his name and his responses to basic inquiries and requests are like that of an angry child that didn't get the toy they wanted for their birthday. Blatantly Rude, disrespectful and the worst part is he will keep emailing you to the point of harassment just to get the last word in. I will make sure I provide the documented emails i have to corporate contacts. The bottom line is this person is the face and voice of this company when they are dealing with customers. If I were an shareholder or upper management I would find his behavior extremely troubling and of particular importance in regards to the future of company success.
Dealing with everything a student already has to deal with is stressful enough, those in positions within companies meant to asist them should do just that. Not add to the stress just becuase they may have had a bad day...
