DO NOT BUY furniture from DiningRoomsOutlet.com, BedroomFurnitureDiscounts.com, DiscountLivingRooms.com, TVStandsOutlet.com or EmmaMason.com. On December 11, 2017 we purchased a large and expensive dining room set, and our credit card was charged the 20th. On December 25 we were notified the furniture had arrived at the warehouse, A&O Home Delivery, and were told repeatedly it would be scheduled for delivery on a “convenient day and time.” We were also told repeatedly that “The delivery company will open every box ensure everything is in perfect condition.” There were some delays due to weather which was unavoidable. So far so good.

On January 19 we received an email indicating the furniture would be delivered on January 29 between 7 am and 9 am. When I called to say we were not going to be home that day, we were abruptly informed that we would have to wait another MONTH if that date was unacceptable. To avoid further delay we changed our schedule since they refused to offer an alternative time.

On January 28, a Sunday, we received a call asking if the furniture could be delivered that afternoon. Fortunately, we were home and much more accommodating that the delivery company. However, much to our dismay and ensuing frustration, the furniture was still in its original packing! They did not “open every box to ensure everything is in perfect condition.” Of course, 2 chairs were unacceptable and had to be returned!

On February 22 we received another email from A&O saying the furniture will be delivered on SUNDAY March 4 between 12 am and 4 pm. While it was a Sunday we were going to be home. However, we were returning from a trip and were not going to be back until after 2 pm. I called again to ask if we could move the delivery time back a couple of hours. NO!! Take it or wait another month!! Two chairs would take 15 minutes to deliver. We now have to wait another month!

Their White glove service is a total FRAUD! Had they “open every box to ensure everything is in perfect condition”, I would not be complaining. But they lied and did so repeatedly. Avoid them like the plague!

Dining room discounts!

worst ever service and products, they advertise produts stating brand new products with excellent service, completely ripoff, they sold me a used product, i took the pictures and send them stating the product was used, they send me a replacement which was broken and again used, i did not accept the product and send it back to them, they send me an email stating and i quote (normal distressing) on a brand new product, really!!! thier customer sucess manager (this what his title is seriously) andrian, keeps playing with time and giving me excuses and after several delays comes back with an email stating upper management has decided they cant help because it more than 15 days, Duh!!, if you go on (i will and i am trying) for four weeks whose mistake is that. well it has reached to a point where i am going to small claims court because i wont letthem get of the hook so easy for cheating me into something thats used and refurbrished, if they would addvertised it has such i would not have problems with it,

this company is bogus and you all should be aware, i found the samething at macys for the same price and yeah its brand new.

Crappy furniture, crappy customer service, crappy delivery.

DO NOT buy from this company. They sent furniture that had defects/damage and refuse to refund my money. I tried to work with them by trying to get a replacement but all of the 4 or 5 replacements they sent had and same or worse problems.
