We paid for digital marketing training and cancelled after one month.
Not only did they take 3 months to cancel our account when we signed up for a month-to-month program but once they finally cancelled our account we find random charges from them going back more than a year.
I've read the stories of fruadulant internet companies that charge thousands of credit cards small random charges hoping most of them go under the radar to boost profits but I thought the reputation of this company was better than that.
After seeing them charge our credit card numerous times, the only thing I can conclude is malicious theft.
Message to Digital Marketer:
We just recieved the charge on our credit card again for $295.
This is a fraudulent charge and will be reported to the credit card company as such.
We purchased one time last year and cancelled.
Not only did you make it super hard to cancel and dragged it out for additional months but
you have randomly charged our card more than once since we've cancelled.
This should be reported as theft.
Please respond to this and explain the reason for your charge.
Please refund the charges you've made and delete our credit card on file.
Do not charge us for anything at all in the future.
If I want to purchase something, I will make the purchase, stop the automated charges.
