What a scam. After the 3rd month we did not receive as much as one click to our website. Not one phone call. Not one email. So we started to pay closer attention. By month 6 we realized that all of the reporting was fake.
They claimed we got 11 percent opens and a 1.4 percent click through. Total scam. Fake reporting. Not sure they ever sent a single email. When I did more research I found out they are involved in a multi million dollar lawsuit in federal court with the state of California. Half the employees on there website don't even work there. When I spoke to there sales manager and looked further into it I discovered James Goards was in prison for various frauds.
The owner of the company himself has recently been fined and in trouble by the SEC for securities fraud in a pump and dump with a company called Pet Meds. I can't even get my rep on the phone anymore. He was fired. I'd like to hear from other clients who have been robbed by these charlatans. Maybe we could form a class action suit or something.
