I'm in the process of moving into a new apartment had to replace many items I needed to live and with that I found many of the things I needed on the Kogan and d**k Smith websites. I placed a large order for many 100's of dollars with d**k Smith.
The order was indicated as being shipped from Melbourne Victoria within 3 days time and the courier was Toll Ipec. After waiting for about one week, tracking showed that the item was delivered to someone in Melbourne.
I live in Queensland, Brisbane actually. So a problem. I contact d**k Smith, using their email address. The response was vague, not quite professional, and seemed to indicate they were too busy to help me.
I waited a few more days and contacted them again. Their response seemed to say they did not know what is going on. Eventually the tracking changed, I was provided a different tracking number by d**k Smith, neither of which were accurate.
After many more emails and over another week I said that is it, this has taken too long cancel the order and refund me. I have already wasted what is now 3++ weeks having to hawk on this order, make phone calls, and follow up on emails and in effect repeat myself time and time and time again.
Their response is we need to wait for the item to be returned, before we refund you. I said this is wrong. This is their way to accuse me of stealing something. I replied and said you'd need to refund me now and do not ship this order to me.
That is between you and whoever you shipped the item with assuming you can prove you shipped it etc. They refused, and after what ended up being something like 8 weeks, the order showed up with yet another tracking number, it was damaged and I refused it. This ended up as these people making some kind of punitive, blame the victim slur, and personal attack directed at me.
It in effect is now seen as a want to participate in what ended up being a set of such attacks involving a derelict apartment owner, my bank, as well as various couriers including Australia Post who admitted to me on the phone that this denial of service and abusive treatment and theft, is being done intentionally.
A female agent and representative of Australia Post admitted to me just that on the telephone as they are involved in doing akin things with parcels they refused to deliver etc. Point is these people including d**k Smith did not act alone in this, it ended up being as they intended a way to "Incarcerate" and trap me in this situation arguing with them over nothing for months at a time. Lunacy.
These are the most ARROGANT felons I have ever seen and as I said this was done intentionally. I disputed the purchase with my bank Westpac, and they declined to refund me, proving they knew too much and offer prejudice on the problem.
The emails and dialogs with d**k Smith proved they were abusive, they contradicted themselves, they showed no goodwill, or good faith and otherwise they lied about most all of it, provided differing and wrong tracking for the order, etc.
It also proved to me and others that this was intentional, they said too much and this was planned. A horror show! Run, do not walk away from these morons. These people think they are running a prison.
