Developers Marketing Group: I was contacted by Joseph Ngassa, I spoke to Ngassa 2 times. Investing & fixing up houses to split of sale with a "senior" member that would be partnered up with myself. The cost to subscribe to this "so called" partnership was $25,000.00, I said to Ngassa that I could not afford $25,000 so he said he would speak to this partner. He calls again stating that the other "partner" could only put "upfront of $10,000.00 and I would put up $15,000.00. I sent via Federal Express to 61210South Highland Drive in Holladay, Utah a check for 15,000.00 Fed Ex envelope, in which they absorbed the cost of shipping, (Big Deal, so the absorbed a small cost there). One whom I did not report that is in on this, is One: John Arthur Cluff who went by John Arthur, this "dirtball" failed to use his last name.
He is a "convicted" Pedefile" and is known as such. He was a counselor or coach, what he is a "criminal".
These people were found out by my associate at AMNZ Business solutions: Brian and informed me thaat I was taken for the amount listed above ($15,000.00). I want these to do real "prison time" as well as to make restitution or recovery of the money that was taken from me. I am pressing full charges, and want them to be "prosecuted" to the full extent of the laws of the State of Utah. I live in Wilmington, Delaware but I have filed with the following law enforcement bureaus: (1) The Federal Bureau of Investigation (2) Attorney General Of Utah, Mr. Reyes; Attorney General of the State of Delaware. I am considering file with the Federal Communications Commision or regulator's who control Internert, most likely The Department of Defense (D.O.D).This kind of crap & people like these be prosecuted, and stop taking advantage of people who are only tying to make money "ligitimatley" not getting Ripped Off, Keep your frigging hands out of my pockets.
