I would like to pay your attention towards this fraud Travel agent - Sai World Travel (www.desitravelsmi.com/) who based out of 900 Wilshire Dr #202, Troy, MI 48084 and cheated many people including me. I booked my Air tickets from USA to India through this travel agency but they never issued any Air-tickets or refunded my money yet. I am going under deep pain and suffering financial loss because of these fraud people. I request you to investigate more about this bogus travel agency and avoid being cheated. I paid $4000 to them via bank transfer but they never issued any air tickets nor refunded my money yet.
