I signed up for a free sample. I was consciously attempting to avoid getting tricked into signing up for automatic delivery of product and automatic monthly credit card charge. My efforts thus far to contact the company have been fruitless. On 9/5/17 (3 months ago) i sent certified letters to two different p.O.Boxes to ask for a refund and asking desirbrillance to notify me immediately by email that they had received my letters. Today one of my letters was "returned to sender unclaimed".
When the first very small, free sample arrived, i used some of the cream. I began to save Unused) the products that began to arrive each month with plan of returning them and getting a refund. The charge each month is absolutely outrageousy high for so little product!
Thank you Yscam for any assistance you can give me in getting a refund and in taking down this scam company.
This is my second attempt to write a clear report: I have a Capital One card. In February I succumbed to Desir Brilliance Skin Care Company's offer of free samples and I gave them my credit card number so that the shipping charges would be paid. When I received my credit card statement I was charged March 4, 5 for products I did not receive, so I assumed they were charging me for the samples, $89.94, $84.97, $174.91 total Confused, I tried to register a complaint, so I emailed [email protected]. The email failed. I phoned Capital One and explained my concerns about the company, so they suggested I get a new card, which I did.
