DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. If I could give 0 stars I would. He's a CON ARTIST AND A SCAMMER. He's very unprofessional but trys to be a slick talker. I went into his store on a Saturday and he told me he would call me on Monday once he checked to make sure my bed was in stock. I never heard from him and had to call him on Thursday.
I asked him why he never called me as promised. He simply said he forgot. RED FLAG number 1. After a month or so he finally delivered the furniture well his one delivery guy. It's sad that he has one man doing out of that heavy lifting and assembling. You are wrong for that.
The guy either broke my entertainment center while assembling or the manufacturer sent it broke. The entertainment center isn't functional. Before the delivery guy left my house I contacted the owner Mauro of the store and sent pictures. He said he file a claim. It's been over a month and I haven't heard from him.
I had to contact him. He won't return the damaged product that he sold. I contacted the manufacturer and the leasing company and they were shocked I was contacting them and not him. Nevertheless, the leasing company is replacing my entertainment center because they are a real professional company. He sold me the wrong bedframe as well. It's sad because I was referred to him. YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED
