I am a pensioner, who struggled to pay out a loan to have a website designed by these people! This company told me I had to pay upfront, I did so in good faith that they would provide me the service they said they would. once i paid them the first week and second week they were responding to my emails, and doing work for my site, the third week and fourth week the same again but a little less effort, after the second month they were still working on my site but only doing a little bit of work, the third month the work they were doing was so slow they began to not care, and stopped working on my site, only finishing the design of the site not the developemen.
Then it took them over a month to respond to me, the next month it took them 1 month to respond to me and the next month it took them 1 month to respond to me, they only did a half a*s job for the first 3 months working 1 to 2 hours on my site for the first 3 months but the last 3 months they stopped working and neglected their duty to correspond with me.
I even offered them more money if they could complete my website, but not response, so after 6 months i gave up on them and asked for a refund as they offered me 100% money back guarntee, and now they dont answer my emails no matter what email i send them to there alts, they dont answer live chat because they rigged it so they know who is speaking to them and when i call them from australia they dont answer there phone but goes straight to a music recording and i know they can tell who is calling because they leave waiting on the phone for hours.
They actually stole my money and Ripped me off, i struggled with out decent food to pay off that loan to hire there services and they do this to me, after investigating the rip off report i saw another two unsatisfied customers, who also had the same problem, and had trouble getting there money back, the thing is i designed my website and all they had to do was copy the design, they did a s**+*ty job and put no effort into creating the website for me, neglecting me as one of their customers who paid them 1200USD they are extremely unjust and crooked and godly people, and if you do business with them they will know how to ignore you, and you wont be able to do nothing because they rigged it to know who is contacting them if you are dissatisfied customer - PLEASE BE CAREFUL - there are other web designing companies who dont do this sort of thing -
I had bought a package from them called logo Feast for $159 i originally asked for a gorrila with the name host hungry with a pile of gears they return send me 12 mushed together images from shutter stock some just text with gears others of a aligator that they got off shutter stock. i was un happy they have a money back guarentee i asked for a refund she said oh what i was looking for was an illustration which was another $100 i just wanted my money back being irritated didnt want to deal with this any more i call them today ask for a refund and they tell me that i didnt order the right thing so they would only refund half the money nowhere does it stipulate that you only get half a refund on the guarentee nor does it say anything about not buying the correct package and gettign money back ! Bottom line i wasnt happy with the service they provided and as stated it says money back guarentee not half money back and this is fradulent.
