If I could give them 0 stars I would! Peter Masullo is very available when its time to collect money, but when it comes to answering phone calls/texts and following through with promises... He is nowhere to be found. He will make promises about his being a family business with pride, but don't be fooled; he starts late, if at all and has nothing but excuses as to why work is NOT getting done on time and as promised. There are plenty of quality flooring contractors, Peter Masullo and Design Flooring Co is NOT one of them! Steer clear of this company...
