On 1-2-18 I was charged for a SAMPLE of a product I ordered. I NEVER entered into any agreement to purchase more of that product. Yet, on 1-16-18, TWO MORE CHARGES were made to my card. They are listed below...
There are several phone numbers and company/brand names listed below, which seem to be associated with the above charges.

I made three different calls and spoke with three different Customer Reps. The first TWO cust. reps told me they had NO inforation about me in their "system". Only the THIRD call resulted in any action. During the third call, I spoke with a Customer Service Rep. Here is the information she gave me about herself and the company she said she personally works for...Customer Service Rep's Name: Key; Employee I.D.: 1655129; Company name: Dermiv; Company location: Tampa, Florida
#1 -- I told Key multiple times that I did not authorize the Jan. 16 charges for products. She said that I agreed to purchase those two products, which I did NOT agree to do.
#2 -- Key kept telling me that I had an account with "them," although the first two reps said i did not have any account. I kept repeating that I did NOT set up such an account.
#3 -- I told Key to CANCEL ANY ACCOUNT she said I had and to NOT SEND ANY MORE PRODUCT. I also told her that I did not authorize the Jan. 16 charges. Key said she would NOT remove those two charges.
#4 -- I HAD TO KEEP REPEATING TO KEY THAT I WANTED HER TO CANCEL ANY ACCOUNT OR FUTURE ORDERS. I had to repeat myself, because KEY WAS NOT RESPONDING TO MY REQUESTS. Instead, she kept asking me questions about the product; such as, whether I liked it or if I would like to try several other products. Key kept asking those questions about each separate product, one after another, instead of following my instructions to cancell everything associated with me.
I REFUSED TO DISCUSS ANY PRODUCTS WITH KEY, and KEPT TELLING HER TO CANCEL ALL FUTURE ORDERS AND ANY ACCOUNT SHE THOUGHT I HAD WITH DERMIV OR ANY OTHER NAME ASSOCIATED WITH DERMIV OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS.
Key finally told me she had cancelled my “account,” and she gave me a cancellation number.
