Dermedica XR skin cream was offered on Facebook thru Amazon for a free gift. I received two products at the cost of $98X and $94X charged to my credit card. I only wanted the one supposedly free product.
I received an offer on Amazon for a free gift. I selected DermedicaXR.
I received the "gift" in the mail. Then I saw a charge for 94.71 from revitalizelabs. At first I did not make the connection.
I have just received another shipment of the same products with no identifying information or way to contact them. I then tried to call the phone number associated with the charge on the credit card and got nothing but music.
I will now contact my credit card company and have them refuse any charges from this company.
An e-mail from Chase Bank was sent to my husband. It appeared as a legitimate Chase Bank survey. He did the short bank survey and was sent a thank you message saying he had a "FREE" gift for doing the survey. He "only had to pay for shipping of $4.99". He received the "gift' in an unmarked box with no address, phone numbers or paperwork. Then two weeks later, just by luck, he noticed that his bank account had been charged $98 and change. Dermedica XR has NO contact information anyway and says they will when their website is no longer under construction. The only thing you can do is view and buy their products even though the website is supposedly under construction. I believe it is under permnant construction so you can't contact them. Companies like this should be banned from the internet regardless if their product even worked (which it doesn't). Consumers should be protected from companies that have to deceive people to get their money or at the very least be required to have legitimate company contact information!!!
I clicked on a link that said "Free trial". The ad stated I need only to pay $4.99 for shipping. There was not a box to opt out of further purchases, so I assumed they would verify before shipping.
I received another 'set' of skin care items, one cream, and one eye cream. There were two charges on my credit card statement; one for $94.71 from Renew Labs in San Diego, CA, the other for $98.72 from Hut Labs in Buena Park, CA. I asked my back to reverse charges, which they declined. I then asked them to close the account so no further charges could be made, they again declined, stating I need to speak with their fraud department. I plan on doing this tomorrow.
Though I was just get a free trial just pay shipping over 200. Dollars later . No one answers phone or email . Took money out of my account with out my permission Not sure
I ordered a TRIAL for DermedicaXR from an internet ad. It was advertised as FREE, pay shipping only. There was NO infomation included for continued orders and no information for AUTORENEWAL when placing the FREE order. I received a box with NO information as to who the company was and shipping information, or order form on the inside of box!! The next thing I know my credit card was charged for AGAIN for the product and I just received today both products. I am contacting AMEX and reporting this a fraudulent charges as I DID NOT request a second order. I am willing to return the product, however there is NO information on the box as to where to return....and NO information for customer service to discontinue the orders!!
Dermedica XR does not inform or send receipt informing of the trial period for product, when spoke to them after extencive recearch they said it was a 2 week trial period but product takes 3 weeks to show results.
There add is for visibale results. and Free trial no date or reorder information or cost of product.
