On December 10, 2019, I responded to an online offer from Dermatin Skin. They offered a FREE sample of their product but I paid the postage fee of $4.95.
I received a jar of the moisturizer shortly afterwards then a small sample of an eye cream. On December 24, my VISA was charged $89 then there were two more charges on January 5, and 6 for $89 again; the total was approximately $270. On January 8, I received another jar of the moisturizer.
When I tried to contact the business by phone, the phone number was not in service. After looking up the business online, I saw multiple complaints to the BBB. VISA has stopped payment to the business.
On are about August 20, 2019 I recieved a package of some cream stuff from the company named. At the same time my bank account was charged twice for $89.18 totalling $178.36 I have emailed this company twice and tried to call numerous times and have gotten no response, i might add their phone number is not working at my last attempt.
I contacted my bank and all they could do was cancel my debit card to avoid any future charges to my account. It is now December and I am still waiting for my money. Living on disability is not an easy task and this type of purchase is never in my budget, I pray someone can help me with this matter.
