When I clicked on the product to order (Puracell) and thought I was done ordering the sample, another item popped up and apparently attaches itself to the primary order. It said, "Only pay shipping", and I thought $4.95 was enough to pay to try the one product only.

I received the Purecell a few days later, then about a week or 2 weeks later, I received another sample of Dermasoft. This, I thought was the second item that popped up when I placed the original order.

That was 3 days ago. Then I see 2 charges on my bank statement for $89.95 each. I calld my bank to stop further charges and try to ge them reversed. My bank was able to stop further charges but said I needed to call the companies!.

I called the # for the Purecell and whn I told them I wanted to cancel - not knowing I was enrolled in recurring charges and I wanted to be refunded, they said, "That's not going to happen". They said the trial starts the day you order, and if you don't cancel with 14 days they can charge you the $89.95 and no refunds. They cancelled furher shipments but would not refund me anything.

I then called the "second company", and was told even though I just received the second sample a few days ago, the trial starts the day I supposedly ordered it. I complained so much about the charges and the fact that sent it so much later, how would I know I had to cancel this. The disclaimer info it so faded on the website and written small and in light gray you can hardly see it!

I was finally reimbursed (or so I was told) $31.48 since it arrived late! Arrived late - I didn't even know I ordered 2 different products.

The call center people were rude, and treated me like - "sorry you screwed up". I felt cheated and scammed. When I went back to the website and searched for the terms and conditions, I tried to print them but I couldn't. There is so much legal jargon that it looks like whoever owns it knew they were going screw people over and covered themselvs real good!

I made the mistake of ordering 2 "Free Samples" or at least

they were supposed to be free, just pay shipping and handling

Which came out to $4.95, per sample. On my 7/23/16 – 8/22/16 Statement

5 Different companies charged me for two samples. The prices ranged from

$34.00 to $99.00. I had no idea who these companies were. Let me list them

In case you see them on Your Credit Card.

JoveeSkin – Naperville IL 4.95

Ace Reviveantiaging – NJ 4.95

Young Presteige Westminster – CA 34.95

MagikSerum – NY 89.79

Essesential Cream – NY 99.95

Ace Reiventingaging - NJ 89.95

Two samples… and I have No Idea Who These Companies are. I’m looking

At the two samples and none of the above matches the brand names.

I have come to find out that all of these companies share the same Database and go under different

names. Derma Soft, Pure Cell, Blossom, Magik Serum, there are many

Others, Illuminexa pops up when you put in Pure Cell Complaints. See

Supplement Police.Com You read

The same complaints.

"You NEVER see a contract; because you think your ordering a free sample.

You hit the word accept, last screen is thank you for your order.

The sample comes with a blank shpping label, no address just a phone number

that May or May not Work. You try to return the product, they won’t give you an

RMA number and suddenly they have no address. You cannot

Return the product, as stupid as that sounds, but they can keep charging your

Credit Card." I put these companies in dispute and got most of my money back,

I had to call them one by one and fine out who they really are and why were

they charging my card like this for Two Products. Two, so called

Companies have not returned my money. One is Magik Serum which is an

Apartment in Brooklyn. Magik Serum sent a BOGUS contract to my Credit card company.

They attached a Blank Sheet of paper with my Personal Information on it, attached

a "so called" contract, stating I saw and agreed to these terms, when I ordered a

"TRIAL" attached pictures of their product. Simple, I looked at my last 3

Statements. If I ordered a "trial" of this product, my credit card statements would

Show it. It isn’t there because I never ordered this product and I have proof.

Come to find out, Pure Cell/Derma Soft also goes under the alias ACE*

Revive antiaging – NJ – gave the apartment in Brooklyn, my personal

Information, I put down, in a rebuttal to my Credit Card Company

that " I got something called Pure Cell, three days later I receive a bottle of Pure Cell.

They use an alias s to waste time and make it hard for you

To find them. I originally ordered something called Derma Soft, got something called

Pure Cell, but figured for $4.95 it wasn’t worth returning. By the way all

Of their products are Crap, you’re better off buying Oil of Olay over the counter.

I look this company up, Call them and got this conversation from the most

Idiotic Sales Person I’ve ever talked to and I quote:

“What’s wrong with the product, keep it, keep it, You Can’t Return It,

I can’t give you an RMA number, we can’t. We don’t give those out.

I’ll give you 30% off, 50% Off, we’ll send you a free bottle. We have no address,

You can’t return it”.

I’m looking at the address and I have the phone number so I sent it

Back REGISTER MAIL, do that to protect yourself,. you'll have a paper trail.

Yesterday, I get email, (Now mind you, they’ve charged my card twice for $89.95)

Once on 8/20 and again in September), The email states “they are refunding

$89.95 for My Order originally purchased on 9/15/2016.” What Order?

You go under a different name and charge my card in August and September and

Than tell me I purchased someing 9/15/20016. My Card has been frozen for almost

2 months now and I certainly wouldn’t Order Anything From This Company.

I am not satisfied with the ploy tactic, What is the $89.95 in August for? I didn’t

Even agree to a Trial, why are you using an Alias? I have filed a report with

The BBB. I have asked for an investigation and will encourage others to do

The same. The only Legal fee PureCell/Derma Soft/Ace* Reviveantiaging

Vita Mix, what ever they are calling themselves today is $4.95. All the rest of those

Fees are Illegal. Put something in the box you send out, instead of a Blank Shipping

Label Warning Consumers They have Ordered a Trial and we will Bill your credit cared in 14 days.

Try being Honest acting like a real Business instead of a Wide Spread Scam Ring,

Which you are. I hope there is an FBI investigation, because according to my

Credit card company, you are not scamming hundreds of people but thousands.

I saw an ad for both Dermasoft skin therapy and for Pure Cell eye therapy which were free if I paid the $4.99 shipping for each product. Thought I'd give it a try and ordered both. In a week and a half the items arrived in the mail. Yesterday on our bank statement I was charged $89.99 for EACH product--almost $200. I contacted my bank fraudulent dept., but all they could do was give me their phone numbers. I called both numbers but they refused to refund my money. I found out they would continue to send those worthless creams and charge me the same, so I got that cancelled. I am 81 years old, retired and on a fixed income and cannot afford to spend that much money. Both companies said I waited too long to call them; I truly didn't see the 2 week deadline.

Onlines offer for 2 cosmetic facial products for only $4.95 each. Read everything, but did not see, that if not canceled within 14 days, I would have to pay full price for each of these products, = $89.95. Plus they sent me another product, the Prominent Vitamin C Serum that I did not order and that was to be $35.00. I called each phone # when I was charged the full prices, to cancel future shipments, but they would not give me full refunds, only 35% back on the Dermasoft Skin Restore and the Purecell Eye Therapy (0.5 fluid oz.) and 50% back on the one time purchase of the Prominent Eye Serum, which I never ordered! This is definitely a scam!!! I am retired and cannot afford these prices! If I had known, I never would have ordered them. I READ everything stated in the offer and did NOT know that I would have to pay full price in 14 days!

I was tricked into a recurring shipment of product; when I tried to resolve the issue with the company I was threatened with legal action. I was able to get a 50% rebate only when my credit card company was on the line with me.

I responded to a ad on Facebook. Once on the site, the advertisment stated that a trial opportunity for Purecell Eye Therapy was $4.95. Another part of the ad stated that for another $4.95 DermaSoft skin lotion would be added as well. I accepted that when both of the items came it would be in a very small trial bottle. The Purcell eye therapy came first in a regular sized bottle so when the second one came I didn't even take it out of the USPS box. In a couple of weeks after the first item arrived I was horrified to find that I had two $89.95 charges on my bank statement. I Couldn't believe it. I immediately called Purecell first and was told it was on the website that after the 2 weeks trial I would be charged $89.95.

I explained that it was not on there because I read every word on that site. After several minutes going back and forth she agreed to give me a $35.00 partial refund. For the other item which came under the name of Derma Soft was even more disappointing because they refused to give me any refund at all eventhough it was still in it's shipping package. These two companies are deceiving the public and need to be stopped. What' their doing is illegal. I'm sure the advertisment that I saw on facebook did not have anything on it about paying full price after 2 weeks. Hopefully filing this report will get the word out to the rest of the public and save anyone else from being affected by this. I could not pay my electric bill this month, hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

  • Mar 14, 2017

I was directed to a free trail after doing a survey online. I received the free trial arrived and before I could tell of it worked, they charged my checking account over 89.00 for a bottle of cream. When I tried to go back to the website, it didn't exist. I finally found the receipt and called the number on there and got customer service and was able to cancel any future shipments. Heres keeping my fingers crossed I get my money back. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FREE TIAL ON THE INTERNET.

  • Feb 25, 2017

"This company along with it's counterpart company that sells Purecell eye therapy is a total scam. Be aware that you are signing up for a continuous shipment of products. They will be shipped to you without an invoice and with no opportunity for return at a cost of $89.95 (I have yet to see what the shipping and handling charges are). When you call to cancel (complain) the customer service rep, put me on hold 5 times, would not answer my questions with anything other than the company line, and was extremely rude. Obviously they have to deal with angry customers regularly, due to working for a company that scams it's customers. Don't try these products! There are many other products that do a much better job, from reputable companies."

  • Feb 23, 2017

On Feb. 20th I ordered a trial offer on internet of skin care.

Next day i received several calls through day and into night from agents

wanting additional $6.95 from my card.

I told each caller I had received a confirmation email for my order and confirmation

stating products were being sent by USPS with a tracking number.

The callers were all rude and could not speak English and hung up on me.

The last call was just loud laughing and talking in background noise.

The number called from is 955-544-8774. I tried to call this number back and was

told the call could not be placed.

I am worried the company will try to autobill my card as many others on this site have stated

happening to them.

I sent 2 e-mails stating I do not wish to receive any more products from this company.

The 4.95 each for 2 products I can live with, but I do not wish to do any more business

with company..I consider this a lesson learned well, but no more will I be scammed.

  • Feb 17, 2017

I ordered the dermasoft skin restore for a special introductory price of $4.95 on line using my phone and during the check out process the screen offered another product purecell eye therapy. I did not want the eye therapy but there was no way to not pick it or go back. I said to myself, well it's only another $4.95 and so the order was complete.

I got email notification that the products were shipped a day later. I received the products in two separate boxes but only 1 packing slip with only one item listed. I went on line to look for the company and found this Outscam site and decided to see if there were complaints about the company. Well the very 1st complaint said it was a rip off because it wasn't just the product that was ordered, but a subscription that would charge you $89.95 after 10 days. The person who wrote the complaint went on to say that the phone number for customer service on the packing slip was not the correct number.I found that to be correct) i never found anything written anywhere when i purchased my product that it was a subscription.

I called another number that the was listed in the complaint and was able to cancel my subscription. The representative on the phone was very helpful in cancelling my apparently 2 subscriptions and provided me with 2 cancellation numbers. Only time will tell if they really did cancel. I will be watching my credit card for any charges by them.

Saw advertisment linked to TV's "Shark tank" on facebook and results were apparent. Ordered free trial which stated that for just $4.95 S & H each totalling $9.90, they would send me a sample of its "Skinrestore Face Cream" and "Eye Therapy Cream". The results were not even in the ballpark of what was advertised and my skin had a horrible allergic reaction.

I just received my credit card bill for a total of $189.80 as follows: $4.95 (S&H) and $89.95 from Joveeeskin NJ; $4.95 (S&H) and $89.95 from TNS Ravish Eyecare CA. Stay away from this ripoff. Shark tank and the people that fell for this scam should sue.

  • Feb 9, 2017

I also took advantage of a Free Trial, only paying postage for Derma Soft and ended up getting Pure Cell Eye without even asking for it ! Once it arrived it was days before even opening the package. Only tried one of the items a few times and did not work as seen on the ad.

Next thing you know I'm getting billed for $89.98 ea, from both products and when I immediately called, they would do nothing but refund a small amount. One of the jars I never even opened and they would not let me return it. They said I was a day over calling to stop shipments. I saw no where in the enclosed envelope that that was the agreement. They must make it known when ordering that that is the policy. AND it doesn't evn work !! How many others will be ripped off by these 2 products. Pure Cell Eye and Derma Soft Skin ??

Dermasoft Fraud

I too seen an online offer for 2 cosmetic facial products for only $4.95 each. Read everything, but did not see, that if not canceled within 14 days, I would have to pay full price for each of these products, = $89.95. Order took forever to arrive, then weeks later I had two separate charges to my bank account. Called number on web site. Talk to agent and she to first offered 30%, than 50%, 75%, than finally said I would get a full refund! I never seen anything stated that I would have to pay 89.95 if not cancelled in 14 days is what the agent said to me, than I said it was 16 days on your website. PLEASE spread the word about this scam, calling my bank and reporting this to the BBB!!!

  • Jan 31, 2017

Dermasoft cream and Purecell eye theraphy trick you into trying a free trial and in fine print say that you must cancel in 14 days or you will be charged $89.95 for each free trial. This is a big rip-off.

  • Jan 23, 2017

Saw an ad on Facebook for DermaSoft cream "as seen on TV's "Shark Tank" show. proclaiming its wonderous qualities in tightening and restoring skin. It stated that for just $4.95 S & H each totalling $9.90, they would send me a sample of its "Skinrestore Face Cream" and "Eye Therapy Cream". Because it mentioned "Shark Tank", I felt confident it was a reputable company since I had bought two other products from reputable companies that I had seen on "Shark Tank."

I just received my credit card bill for a total of $189.80 as follows: $4.95 (S&H) and $89.95 from Joveeeskin 877-9044755 IL; $4.95 (S&H) and $89.95 from EHM*llluimaderma 8772496001 CA.

  • Dec 30, 2016

I ordered a FREE trial of Purecell & Dermasoft together at $4.95 each for shipping and handling and learned by an internet complaint that I would automatically be deducted $89.95 a month for the products. I immediately cled the company and told them that there was no where on the free trial offer where it said that you would e billed. I told them to IMMEDIATELY cancel the product and Pure Cell eye therapy did cancel and send me an email confirming it, however Ihad to call another number for Dermasoft who said I still had plenty of time to try the product and to call back in a few weeks. I immediately called my credit card company and they blocked the charges against them and reinstated a new card. BUYER BEWARE!!

Unordered Merchandise...

Rating...ZERO stars.

I have stopped buying skin care products (PureCell and DermaSoft) on the internet. What I need to get is easy to find in my city.

Also, 2 boxes of EncanteSerum and and one, called BAROQUECO, came from California and Washington in today's mail. These boxes will not be opened by me. If you send a postage-paid mailing box with your mailing address I will return the items (which will remain unopened) immediately.

Please remove my name, address, and account information from your customer list. Thank you.

This company uses name of Dr. Oz and Christie Brinkley, offers a $4.95 "16-day trial" bottle. You get the 0.5 oz bottle, then 17 days later you find they have charged you $89.95. When you call for a refund, they tell you that under the "terms" that you agreed to, you would have had to call and cancel within 16 days. These "terms" are found buried in a link to the site. Nowhere in what they advertise do they tell you that ordering automatically costs $89.95 and puts you on auto-ship. BTW I am a 67-year-old woman and NEVER would I order a face cream that costs $180/ounce.

When I called Customer service, they stated that they could not give me any refund. When I protested that and argued and threatened to report them, they agreed to a 30% refund. After further argument, they offered me a 50% refund and, finally, a 70% refund. I continued to argue and finally was promised a full refund and given a cancellation number.

Never again will I order any "trial" anything on the internet. Essentially you are giving scammers access to your bank account. BEWARE!!!

  • Aug 10, 2016

Beware of this tricky online free trial pack of purecell and dermasoft-

Timeline of my transaction with them- july 13- i ordered a trial-pack of purecell eye therapy only!!!!

July 18-monday- received the item..To my surprise, it comes with dermasoft 15 ml...Aug 2- charged my account for 89.95 each having a total of 179.90...One day short of this 16- day trial pack... I tried to find out where i can reach them..Finally, i found their customer support team??? Aug5- i sent them email telling that product didn't work good...They gave a contact number to verify my account- 888-610-0751.. Since i am out of the country for a vacation.. I requested my husband to contact the number for me...Giving him all the details about the transaction..I was told that he lost patience of transfering him from one person to another...Saying that the period has lapsed for the purecell item and dermasoft is another company..

There are two questions on hand:

1) why is it dermasoft came to the picture when you are just interested in purecell eye therapy...If they are claiming that purecell and dermasoft are two seperate business entity..Why, they both have access to my account, and charged the same date..

2) why they debited my account one day short of the trial period!!!!

Dermasoft Skin Restore 15ml & Purecell Eye Therapy 15ml -two inrrepreble companies on Internet promoting a Free Trial Offer for Shipping Costs, only,at $4.95. Free Trial products were shipped via USPS. I did not receive them within the ususal time, therefore, i did not call to cancel subscription which was a "small-print" inclusion in this Free-No Committment Offer until I had tried the product for a week.

My account was debited $89.95 for the automatic subscription; when I called the companies to inform them I needed more time to try the product because of the shipping delay ,they refused to refund the $89.95 saying I had not called to cancel within the time period - Note, I did contact them the exact day they debited my account.

I am alerting any consumers interested in these products manufactured by Dermasoft and Purecell of Santa Ana CA.; You may want to find a more transparent , honest company for your Skincare needs.
