Dermanu Free Trial offered skin cream and eye cream for $4.95 and $5.95 shipping and handling only. My account has now been charged $89.47 and $94.57 twice. Customer service representative was extremely rude and stated I could not either return the products or be issued a refund. It is also advertised as all natural - which it is not.
I ordered a "free sample" per Facebook ad and was subsequently charged $89.00! When I called the company and freaked out, after much arguing with representatives, I was refunded half of the $89 and told the order would be cancelled and I wouldn't be charged again. Surprise! I've received two more shipments and been charged the $89 twice more!! I'm disabled and on a limited income and definitely cannot afford these ridiculous charges! This company should have a class action suit thrown at them and I would gladly take part!
The company practices false advertising and aggressive practice of getting money out of unsuspecting customers. THe company advertises "free trials" of skin care cosmetics and offers 14 days refund. However, when we called them within 10 days and cancelled the order they actually did not cancel it but charged us 50% (which was still $47 !!!) of the full price. When we finally discovered the charge in our bank account and called them second time they were aggressive and demanded that we return the sealed and unopened bottle to get the refund. Well, so there is no free trial if you do not open the bottle, unless you want to just look at this bottle and admire the packaging.
When we finally demanded the full refund the customer rep was rude to us and aggressive. We spent 20 min on the phone arguing to get our money back. We did everything we should and yet the company did not want to refund the money. I actually toled them that I will investigate the company but it did not help. After more than 20 min the rep actually hand up on us. Only later some person from another state (not California but Wisconsin) called us and told us that we will receive a refund. Well, we'll see.....

I CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE CARD IN THE BOX OF SO CALLED FREE SAMPLE, IT IS NOT AN INVOICE,NEVER RECIEVED ONE......CALLING THEM WAS A TOTAL JOKE, I GOT NO WHERE AND PUT ON HOLD OVER 7 TIMES..... THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND COMPLETELY MISREPRESENTED TO THE COMSUMERS...... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SET UP OF THEIVES....FRAUDULENT A HOLES.
Ordered the two iteme marked as samples on line. Fine print says that consumer must contact DermaNU within 14 days to cancel. No contact and DermaNU assumes consumer likes the product and enters a charge of $89.47 against consumers debit card for the samples. The $89.47 charge is for the two small samples only and not for any future full size shipment.
Charge will continue unles canceled by telephone. SCAM.
So, i got caught up in a trial offer from DermaNu Skin for wrinkles and fine lines. Every time I try to cancel I get some overseas person who barely speaks English and gives me a crock of crap about how they are going to refund me 50% and that I'm beyond the return based on the terms and agreement. I will be contacting the BBB and reporting this company for non compliance as well as changing my banking info to avoid further deductions! Complete rip off!
My first complaint is almost verbatim to the one posted here before mine about Dermanu Skin & eye. I fell for the free trial offer with just paying shipping. I received the product and actually thought it was pretty good and I was waiting to receive information as to how much it was as I was considering ordering it. A couple weeks later my checking about was charged almost $200.00 which in turn caused other checks to bounce. Getting in touch with them was a nightmare. When I finally was able to get someone on the phone they were very pushy trying to talk me into ordering more. I refused and told them not to take anything else out of my account and that I didn't want their product. They agreed to give me back about $33.00 out of the 200.00 I was considering it a lesson learned until out of the blue about three months later they charge my account again!!! I haven't even been in contact with them and I certainly didn't order anything. They are extremely deceptive.
