I ordered the trial basic Ageless Moisturizer and the Eye Revitalzing cream. I called back in the time frame requested to cancel. After spending about 15 min with providing charge account info along with address, any other names could have been used, and social security info. I was told that they could not find any information on any of the information I provided. I was then told that there was nothing they could do. They then hung up in my face. I recorded the conversation for my proof. They then proceeded to charged my account $89.93 and $88.76 days way past the cancellation period.
