I ordered a 5 day free trial of Dermafolic on 4/7/2027 At 5:45 (after placing my internet order I called to ask if there were any requirements Was informed all I would be charged was for shipment only There was no mention of recurring payments Have been charged $94.57 for last 3 months. I thought I was trying a new product for a trial offer price. My credit card was charged full price $94.57. Then 4 week later I got another order and was again charged $94.57. I called to complain and was rudely told you can send it back but we are not returning your money.
I saw the ad on the internet for Derma Folia lotion endorsed by Shark Tank. After reading the ad and fine print and not seeing any additional charges or commitments I ordered the free trial with a $4.95 shipping charge.
When I checked my credit card statement later I saw an additional charge from the company for $94.57. I immediately called the phone number on the shipping label and told the woman who answered that I did not authorize the charge.
She became very rude and told me that when I gave them the credit card information I had agreed to the charge. I told her I did not and that it was supposed to be only $4.95.
When I told her I was going to call the credit card company about the scam they were running and report them to the authorities she said I could call whoever I wanted and it wasn't going to do me any good and that I was just SOL.
The woman continued to talk over me telling me to be quiet. When I hung up the phone she called back and tried to intimidate me and I told her not to call back.
On April 9, I was charged $4.95 and $5.95 for a product that was not received. Then I was charged $94.57 and 89.47 for this supposed product. I want these charges refund but their "customer service" reps read from a script when they tell me that it is not the company's policy to refund. But I guess it is the company's policy not to send the product that may have been ordered
