I was scammed by skinfresh2day.com. I was under the impression that the 4.99 that I paid for was for the cost of the product since it was a tiny jar. They went and charged me for 89.00. I had to argue with the customer service rep and she stated that the 4.99 was for the shipping and that it was a trial jar. I they had that in the ad I definately would have not ordered it.

I complained enough that they said that they would refund 31.25 back to my account. the e-mail stated that they had just deposited the money back on my debit card. I called them today about it because it hasn't made it to my bank yet. The rep told me that since I cancelled the order that I would have to contact the bank to get it back.

STAY FAAARRR away from this! I also would suggest to anyone who has dealt with this company to file a formal complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. I have filed a report and it's actually pretty easy. If you have problems, they actually have an online chat person who can help you.

scammed

This so happened to me today. I even called my bank and made a police report. Had no clue it was this company. I have a really bad headache right now and ive been so stressed all day because of this whole situation. This isnt cool for this company to just go into our personal accounts and charge us for other products we didnt ask for. Good thing it happend today and i caught it on time to be able to cancle my debit card. The rep seemed to mad because i had made a police report.

Dermafi is a Scam

I had the same experience. Each month they bill they change their name. I insisted they refund my charges or I would just dispute it on my credit card and report them. They removed all the charges after I continuously insisted and threatened to report them. They insist they explain their process up front but they don't. In fact, it comes in an envelope with no invoice or instructions. The return address states "fulfillment center". What a scam.

I ordered the free trail size Dermafi snake and eye creams and paid the postage for both products, totaling $10.94. When I looked over my bank statement. I saw two withdrawal, one for $89.31 from a company named "Your Key fitness" and $87.41 from a company named "MHB Your beauty Skin."

I knew I had not authorized these charges and I was not familiar with these companies. I happened to see the names of the companies that had sent the trial creams. They had charged these unaurthorized items on july the13th, the charges was pending for the 15th. I called them on the 14th and told them I paid for what I ordered.

They said when I ordered the trail size that I had automatic given them permission for additional orders and I should take the order that they are going to send me and if I don't like it I could send it back and get a 30 percent refund . I told them I didn't want it and to reverse the charges and that I was going to called my credit card company and tell that This was not authorized.

They screamed at me and told me if I hung up the phone and called the credit card company, they will send these products to me anyway and not give me a refund. I hung up and they kept calling me, telling me their supervisor would take 50 percent off, then 75 percent off. I stop answering the phone up and called my credit union and they told me they will issue me another card and told me to report this to the fraud department of my credit card company.

The telephone number for the people (Dermafi)that called me is (316) 542-1021, cheney, KS. One July 15th, the $176.72 was posted on my banks statement.

Don't be a victim of this company like I was.

DermaFi blankets Facebook with misleading ads for several products, among them a Snake Venom Peptide Cream purportedly the equivalent of Botox in a jar. Give it a try for $4.95! Sure, why not?

But wait. Why do I have two charges to my bank account, each for over $80.00?

Don't even think about getting a refund. The "customer service" representative who receives your call will simply have the gall to refuse a refund AND try to sell you more product!

Buyer beware of any ads for DermaFi, Rejuven8, or New Diet. Your trial period is 15 days, and I did not even receive the product within that time frame. There is no mention of the full price anywhere on the website, but believe me, you will soon discover it on your bank statement!

If you do not cancel by calling 1-800-958-4073 you will be charged every month for another 30-day supply at over $80.

I ordered a "free" sample of eye cream because the video I saw on facebook made it look really appealing to try. All I had to do was pay $4.95 shipping.

Today I get a notice from my bank that my balance is below normal. So I checked it online and saw a charge of $89.31 from FAH*PLUSNOWBEAUTY. I called the number 1-844-851-6131 by the transaction and got Dermafi.

I was on the phone with them over 30 minutes trying to get someone to take this charge off my account. First I spoke with Femme who basically just wanted to know about my beauty routine. She kept asking over and over again even after I told her the only thing I wanted was to get the charge taken off my account.

Femme told me her supervior was Catherine but that she was in a conference at the moment. I refused to hang up until I talked to someone who could help me.

So then Sandy gets on the phone and says she is the head supervisor for the day. She refused to refund my money also. I asked for her supervisor. She said her name is Wanda but she's in a conference right now and can't come to the phone. I then asked for the Owners name of the company. She said it was illegal for her to give me that information. I told her no it wasn't and kept pressing her for the name.

That's when Wanda finally came on the phone and gave me the same song and dance everyone else did. She did offer me 1/2 price on my next shipment though and a VIP gift card which of course I refused. She also wouldn't give me the owners name. When I asked for the address she wanted to know why I needed it. After being on hold another 3-4 minutes she finally came back and gave me the address. (not sure if it's real or not, but that's what she gave me)

They all told me the same thing that what I signed up for was a trial period to use the product and if I didn't call them back within 14 days I would be charged the full amount of $89.13. First of all, that was not clear anywhere when I placed my order. The product doesn't work and it looks like a two-year old put the lable on the container.

I thought I was ordering a free sample of skin care cream, DermaFi and RejuVen8 and only had to pay shipping charges. I was charged $1.99, $4.95 and $5.99 on 2/22/17. Charges showed up as RJP*Rejuvenplus 844-233-2933, TAG*Tryabsolutegarcinia 800-3174070 and EHQ*Looklikebeauty 844-300-5981. Then on 3/9/17 I was charged $87.47 and $89.31. Charges showed up as TAG*Tryabsolutegarcinia 800-317-4070 and RJP*Rejuvenplus 844-233-2933.

When I called the the company, they stated that I agreed to this when I ordered it. I told them that nowhere on the website did it state this. After discussing with them how fraudulent this is and I wanted a refund they finally checked with a supervisor and said they could give me a 30% refund. I said I would send the product back and want a full refund and they said that's not possible. They kept saying I agreed to this when I ordered it but I would not have ordered this if I would have seen the cost of these to small jars of cream. I feel absolutely ripped off!

These people are a bunch of scammers that have false advertisement!! You can oder your free trial and only pay shipping fees of $4.95. But it fails to mention that after 14 days you will be charged for that product for $89.41. So we can try the product for 14 days free? When I called them and told them I never authorized for them to charge my card the lady said that I would be charged $19.99 for cancellation, I said "what?? Is that on your website?' She said yes, I read everything on privacy, terms and conditions and NOWHERE does it state that!! They say try product for free only shipping costs. Luckily they were unable to charge my card the 4 attempts that they made, I reported my card stolen, so good luck for them on trying to steal my money! Beware product is NOT free!!

Ordered "free sample" of RejuVen 8 and Derma Fi, 1 oz jars of each, on 10/11/16. Just paid S@H. Did NOT agree to any further supplies.

Did NOT notice a charge of 89.31 and 87.47 made on 10/25, made by BHC*WITHHEALTHLIFE and GOBEAUTY8449660166.

Received two more jars on 11/28 and called to cancel 11/29. THEN I saw the charge on my credit card. They were going to charge me a $25 cancellation fee. I started to protest and they "waived" the charge.

Very stupid of me. But these guys should be put in jail.

I still wasn't happy so I went to my bank and had a wonderful lady help me. She knew all about these people and others. Let me tell you she got every dime back from this company they took from me. Therefore we didn't have to file a complaint. But I am on here. What a scam. Lesson learned here. BEWARE!!!!

I was using my debit card.I too was one that ordered the free trial with paying the $4.95 shipping. Then came $5.99. After that they removed $93.46, $94.26,,$93.46 $94.26, $87.47, and $89.31. A total of $551.22. I called them and I got the same thing as others I have read " i will credit you 30% back. then 50% . I must have been on the phone with them for 30 minutes and they finally said ok they would credit me 100% for the first 3. I still wasn't happy so I went to my bank and had a wonderful lady help me. She knew all about these people and others. Let me tell you she got every dime back from this company they took from me. Therefore we didn't have to file a complaint. But I am on here. What a scam. I too purchased the $4.95 sample kit. Within a week I was charged $87.47 and $93.46 for the two bottles I received. By the time I figured out what was going on, I called to cancel. I was succefull in cancelling but another order had been shipped and same charges again. I called to get a RMA to return the product. I got all of it returned and started calling for my refund. Every time I was told they are waiting for the returned order to show up in their system. That took months. Finally, I was told that a refund had been processed. That came and went and I did not receive anything. I was also asked if I would settle for a 50% refund and I said no - I will only take a 100% refund. I finally got them to believe that I never received my refund. Then they would process another refund if they could do a three way conversation with the bank to prove I had not received the refund. That got done and then I was promised a refund had been mailed this time. That was refund was never received.

This time I called weekly and only wanted to talk to supervisors but they would not patch me thru to supervisors.. The last customer service person said they would process the refund if I did athree way call with the bank. I got furious. I told him I had done that once and I would not do that again. He saw it in the notes and let me talk to a supervisor. This person named Betty looked at my file and said she would turn over to upper management. I told her that had happend before and still no refund. I asked for phone number or e-mail for upper management and she would not give it to me.

Believe it or not, I received a refund in the mail on this past Saturday. A full refund!!! I have been trying to get this refund sind January 2018 and it is now June 2018.

I received a postal money order and from a company called Luxury Today, PO Box 029046, Miami, FL 33152.

I am very glad to get my refund but I have had some angry phone calls with customer service.

As others hVe reported, this looks like a bona fide trial. But after 14 days, a whopping $170+ is charged to your account. You are then on a monthly scam, where two bottles of cream that are nothing special arrive with a whopping price tag. It's an ordeal to cancel, and you are lucky to get a 50% refund if you promise "to take no further action". And if you want to return for a full refund, they hit won with a $5.99 restock fee per bottle. They will repay in 30 days IF it arrives at their facility ... otherwise nothing. And according to the guy who spoke tome, that has been "known to happen". So the writing is on the wall. This is a terrible scam. I'm embarrassed I fell for it. Lesson learned. But why on earth are they still trading?!

  • Jul 21, 2017

DermiFi advertising product for shipping charges only for trial product then charge your credit card $89.31. When you call they only offer a 30% refund. No where on the ad does it explain the charges of 89.31.

  • Jul 20, 2017

They took $89.17 from my account saying that it should have been cancelled for it within 14 days but I haven't had the product 14 days true enough I may have ordered on the 4th I didn't receive it until the 14th and today the 19th I saw where they took out the money never did they tell me if I chose to keep the product that it would be $89 I wouldn't ordered it the first time. But it was a free trial and I wanted to try it thinking that I would not be charged for it unless I wanted to order more

  • Jul 11, 2017

DermaFi is a complete ripoff. They advertise on legitime news sites, and they are a complete scam. Their product is below mediocre and they have predatory charging practices.

First, they sent an additional product that I did not order, and did not want, and they charged for it. I called to get a refund on the unordered product and canceled my order. Approximately, one month later (today), I received anther bottle of DermaFi and a $94 and charge to my bank. When I called DermaFi (PulseBeauty), the sales clerk kept trying to read a sales spiel expounding over and over, the tremendous benefits of their mediocre product. After I asked her to stop trying to save the “sale”, she quickly offered a 30% discount off of the $94 charge, and informed me that people who “contest" the additional bottle are alway rejected due to their “online contract”. If a sales clerk is this well versed in the inefficiency of bank disputes, that means disputes are very common.

Part of the reason I felt comfort for trying this product is I trusted the news site they advertised on. Don't but their product and don't give them your credit card number! They are a bunch of horrible scammers!

The DermaFi ad said they were giving away FREE 1 oz. trial samples of their DermaFi Facial Serum with Vitamin C and Green Tea. The only cost to the customer was $4.95 for S&H. I ordered the trial sample.

On 5/22/17 my credit card was charged $4.95 for S&H. I received the 1 oz bottle of the serum via USPS mail.

On 6/5/17 my credit card was charged $89.31. I discovered this on my current credit card bill, which is payable 7/22/17.

On 7/6/17 I called Nu-Fit Diet (the company name given on the credit card bill for this product) at 888-233-9286 and cancelled the auto-ship, but the operator said I would have to pay the $89.31 for the "free sample" because I was supposed to respond within 14 days and return the unopened bottle if I didn't want the product.

To date, I have never used the product, but I did throw away the box on the day it arrived and opened the bottle cap to look at the pump top on the serum bottle.

If cancellation has to be within 14 days from the date my order was placed and if it took 3-5 business days for the product to arrive, how could I possibly see any results to know if the product was effective? And if only unopened products are eligible for refunds, how would I be able to evaluate the product? And if 1 oz. of the product was actually worth the $89.31 they are charging me, how could DermaFi possibly give 1 oz. bottles away free to customers?

I believe I should be able to return the bottle of serum to DermaFi and should not be charged $89.31.

By the way, I googled the product today (7/7/17) and found only 1 reference. A new 1 oz. bottle of the DermaFi Facial Serum with Vitamin C and Green Tea was listed on eBay for $19.99 with free shipping.

This company is charging my credit card even after I closed my supposed account. I have called numerous time to their custome service center and have been informed that it's takes a long time for them to credit my credit card. It's didn't take then long to charge my credit card so why do I have to wait so long to get my credit!!

There are no numbers to call the company direct. If anyone has a number that goes directly this company please post it.

These criminals belong in jail after paying restitution

B.Li

April 5, 2017 “free trial” as reward for answering online marketing questions.

Do Not Buy anything with ridiculous marketing terms: DermaFi, Rejuven8, testosterone booster, etc. Using the customer service listed in the order confirmation email, I cancelled any further shipments, before free samples even arrived. Checking my credit card service, they still went ahead and charged 87.xx and 87.xx for further shipments.

Looking at the above reviews, cannot believe this scam has been going on so long. And this one is citing “Shark Tank” unanimous endorsement, with some A-list celebrities to boot! One would think these shysters are in jail already. Who is not doing their jobs?

DermaFi Company not reputable

I ordered DermaFi and decided to cancel within the trial period but was given a trial period extension through March 29. When I called to cancel the product on March 29, I was told that they had already billed my credit card. I was not told that I had to call the day before March 29 in order not to be billed. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the response was that no supervisor was available. Prior, when my trial period was extended, they offered me a 50% reduction in price if I should continue. This time, they offered me a 65% reduction in price but I cancelled because I was mad that they had billed my account. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Scam Cream and Company!

Actually ZERO Stars!

Worse yet, Customer service BS!

$4.95 for a "free trial"? Then , automatic shipments.

SIX phone calls to Customer Service over 6 weeks for credit for returned merchandise! Customer service rep, Karen hung up on me during last call!

Suggestion: contact your Credit Card company and report unauthorized shipments.

I want this nonsense to stop. There is no way to my knowledge to contact the company that is sending me a jar a month to the expense of appx. $85.00. I have 9 jars - unopened - unused. It was a free trial offer. I will return product for full refund & damages including time wasted.

  • Nov 24, 2016

The company's internet site said that there would be no commitments, or hidden costs. It was supposed to be 5.00 per jar. They are now sending me new jars and charging a lot 87.00 per jar. This product does not work. I called and they would not refund the total amount of money. This should be stopped. I am calling my bank.

  • Nov 21, 2016

I sent for a "FREE TRIAL" offer of DermaFi eye cream and DermaFi face cream. It states a charge of $5.00 for each "FREE" trial. I received the two jars in the mail then when I got my bank statement it showed the company had charged me $87.00 for each product! I called the company and they said since I "signed up" for the FREE offer I would be charged for each jar and sent another shipment every month. I told them to cancel, I only wanted a FREE bottle for which I was charged $5.00 for each jar. They said you have to cancel your "FREE" offer within 14 days so you won't be sent other jars the following month and they could NOT refund the first two bottles they charged me for since I checked the I ACCEPT FREE TRIAL OFFER. They send you the so called free product then they charge you $87.00 for each jar you ordered!

  • Nov 17, 2016

I ordered Dermifi and Rejuven8 creams through a TV ad offering. These two product were a free trial offer, pay only shipping. Two months later, without my ordering or permission, I was sent these two products for a price of $89.31 plus $87.47. The "return" shipping lable was not the correct return address.

I contacted my credit card company. Fortunately they called the company for me in a thre way conference call. I was told, that when I ordered these two creams, I was automatically enrolled to receive these products charging my credit card every two months. I explained to the Dermifi rep that I didn't want to order these products. He offered to settle with me by reimbursing me 50% of the cost. I told him that I would be sending these products back immediately and I did not want to pay for something I didn't and that I was returning. He finally accepted that he would credit the charges on my credit card.

I asked him if the return address was the same as the address on the packing slip. He reluctantly offered to give me the proper return address. He told me to put the ref. # on the return as the confirmation of cancellation # on the return package address.

Buyer Beware

I would suggest to anyne interested in this offer to watch very closely their credit card statement.

  • Oct 29, 2016

It's a SCAM !!!

They don't tell you if you don't cancel you will be charged $94.26. They charged my credit card twice under different company names. I called and insisted they cancel me, and refund my money. They tried to tell me they were clear about the expectations. Not only did the product come in a yellow envelope with no invoice or instructions for returning, the return address only stated "fulfillment center". After several calls, I convinced them to return my money or I would dispute it with my credit card company and they could go through them to produce proof. I also informed them I would contact the BBB as well as the fraud reporting agencies, trade commission and OIG's office. The quickly acquiesced. Don't accept their offer for partial payment. Demand a full refund.

  • Oct 25, 2016

I see that I am not the only one. I wish I knew about this site before I was ripped off by this company. I sent off for 2 free samples of Rejuvenate and Dermafi, with shipping charges of $4.99 and $5 something for shipping. I received the products, and after one week, my checking account is showing charges for $87.47, and $89.31. I reported it as fraud, until the fraud rep asked me if I had authorized $4.99 to a company. I realized it was them, and was given the number to have charges dropped. They said that I had missed the cutoff by one day. If I had called yesterday, they would have cancelled the charges. This resulted in my paying over $188.75 for 2 lousy bottles of skin and eye cream. Please inform me if I have any options. It is an outrage.

Scam

I ordered the free trail size Dermafi snake and eye creams and paid the postage for both products, totaling $10.94. I was charged for $89.31 and $87.41. I called the company to request a refund and to stop the product from being shipped. I also asked to speak with a supervisor, who was in a meeting and couldn't be interrupted. I received a 50% refund for one month, when they billed me for 3 moths total. This is a complete scam! Do not request the samples. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. This company needs to be shut down.

  • Oct 7, 2016

Charged me 89.00 twice in one month. Website offers trial for $4.95. There's no mention of where to cancel anywhere on their website. They just keep sending stuff even when you do finally reach them.

  • Oct 3, 2016

I sent for the "pay shipping only" free sample of DermaFi anti aging cream. I was charged for the shipping. Today when I checked my bank account there was an amount of $89.31 being processed to TBH*Healthy Diet. I had to look way back in my records to find this. I never authorized, to my knowledge, to take this out monthly. That was one thing I looked for before I ordered it, and nothing was mentioned about this.

I cannot find an address or a phone number to call and cancel this. I will notify my bank that it is a scam, but I have lost the $89.31. I did not realize this was a scam until I searched it out today.

In addition, another product was also offered, Rejuven8 to be used with the DermaFi. I am not sure if it is a scam, yet, but it is operated the same way. Free except for shipping. No mention of $87.43 being taken out each month. This one was processed to Lookhealthy 8443005991.

I will post this on Facebook to warn all my friends. If you know how to stop this, please advise.

Recently purchased approximately 1.0 oz bottle of DermaFi on a Trial basis for $4.95. I had 14 days to give this product a try; however, within four days of using this product once I received it, this company had aready charged my account $89.31. Remember, this was only a 1.0 oz jar that I was charged $89.31 for and didn't have an opportunity to see any results from trying out this product. Once contacting the company about this, they were unwilling to refund my money and mentioned they were in their rights because the trial period had passed. Totally lack of empathy in customer service and willingness to comply with understanding me as a customer.

I look forward to the day when this company is no longer in business. Unethical practices that should be dealt with.
