Dermadevine Skin Care Reviews
Scamed & ripped off by a company that (will bait & switch) advertises under Christie Brinkley and Dr OZ's info-mercial re: instant wrinkler reducer. You see a pop-up and think its the product you wanted for $4.95 free trial ( I searched and saw no fine small disclaimer print) Product came by fed-ex within the week. nicely packaged. Beautiful box. It comes with two products in the name of derma/divine. Nothing inside the box re: shipping conf#. Im look for the name Brinkey and dont see it . hmm the product isn't what I hought it was. It says stemcell anti age serum for face and 2nd jar is stemcell anti age for eyes. Large 30 day supply. I thought too good to be true. I thought for $4.95 I will try it. I had ordered it 11/20/2016 . After hours of research to find out who this company was I called the company who shipped it and they said there was a disclaimer and i was supposed to respond within 14 days to cancel. I told the guy to provide the web page address so i can see the disclaimer. He didn't comply and tried to redirect the questioning. Today is 12/8/2016 my bank statement showed a debit of $89.95 from dermadevine. I had no idea who that was. now i'm furious. (bounced the account) I have found the products are no different than any other crappy product. Ive seen no results (65 yrs old). so I call chrsitie brinkley authentic skin care web site cuz thats where I THOUGHT iI ordered it from , and got Marcus @ 1-800-548-1736 ext #708. Right away he tells me dermavine isn't their product they don't have a free trial offer, and to order from them you call a live agent and speak to someone. The product i wanted wrinkle reducer is $39.95 with a 1 day sample around .099 if you want to give it a try. He would help me and would tell what to do: Told me to look on the bottom of the packaging for a web site. I dug in the garbage and found it www.dermadevine.com with a las vegas, nv phone # 1-888-684-1340 and us/canada 1-954-256-0005. Vep Nutra distributor. Talk about a bate and switch!. I called this company and I demanded my money back. Hard to understand foreigner on the line told me to go to my bank and file a fraud/scam report and submit to dermadevine and they will then and only then cancel it. I wouldn't get my money back. OOOh WEEE the blood just boiled. I told him that the Christie Brinkley site said that dermadevine is a scam and they appreciated the alert and warning, Marcus filed a report and sent it cooperate office. Then getting back to the foreigner he said I had to call my bank a prove it. I said that my bank told me it was on their scam alert page. (I have an alert for my bank that warns me.) Now i have to cancel this account. I even threatened this guy with the word SUE and Better Business Bureau. Now the guy on the other end changes his tune said it would take 3-5 business to see the $89.95 bank in the bank. I insisted he send me a email re: cancellation of both products. I get to keep the products. Im now waiting for my money iback and redeposited in the bank. I got the conf# emails right away. They did comply. Holding my breath in Michigan. What I wanted was The Wrinkle Reducer Christie Brinkley line and it sure looks like a miracle cream. last 4-6 hours , tightens wrinkles and makes you look 10-20 yrs younger $39.95 mo supply. On sale . This is the new rage! But...Watch out for the Bait & Switch. pops up virus scam rip offs. targeted little old lady like me. Thank God i still have sense in my head to track the scamer. I researched telephone numbers and web sites for 3 hours. The bottle I got said stem cell anti aging sereum. DONT Throw the Box in the Garbage. Nice Box. on the bottom is the address and phone number . I hope this helps someone else. Marcus from Christie Brinkley products said he has several people this past week that this happened to as well. Other sites a are dvertising free trials for other products not on christie brinkley sites, these all are under site names he didn't recognize.
I did find something that deminshes deep wrinles in the forehead and nose area. Your not going to believe what it is ! Dr, Smiths little tiny jar of diaper rash ointment. rub it in and put make on over it. hmmmm i say ..and wow instant result!
Same thing happened to me!
Same thing happened to me but I'm in debt almost $400. I'm so happy you posted how you got your money back. I'm calling the NV number today. I contacted my bank and I'm sending a certified letter and all products back to company including the samples and two other packages I recieved yesterday. I have 4 seperate charges on my credit none are the same amount. What a scam! If they were legit they would notify you to read their Terms & Conditions. I was trying to order the ointment your put on that dries in 3 min and takes away wrinkes temporarily. I'm shaking right now writing this because I'm furious that this company is going to continue to scam many many more people. My fight is not over!
Derma/Devine Anti-Aging cream (w/eye serum)
This is a scam. Happened to me. Same deal as other reviewers. Ordered (Dr. Oz) for 4.95; received in LOVELY packaging; next thing I knew...credit card charge of 89.98! (would be recurring, I knew)! So, what did I do? I cancelled my credit card and they took the 89.00 charge amount off my credit card immediately (I paid the initial 4.95 and that's okay, since I DID get the product). Or, if you've already ordered the "scam" product, just call in to your cc company, BEFORE delivery of the product, to say you lost your credit card and need a replacement...that way the scammer will not get any ill gotten gains and you'll get a 30-day product that may, or may not, work for you! Actually, I found it to be pretty good (but NOT for a recurring 89.00 per month)!
;-)
I was interested in a skin cream that Christie Brinkley was marketing. My understanding it was a free sample and you just paid for shipping. NO...they charged my card $89.95 and within 2 days another $79.95. I called my bank and was told I needed to contact the vendor.
I called 844-361-6322 and the rude person on line asked did I read the fine print??? Thankfully, I did not open the product and will return at my cost. This is absurd and am embarrased that I fallen for such a SCAM!
I requested a free sample of skin cream and gave my credit card number to charge shipping only. I was extremely allergic to the cream. And they send 2 different creams not just the one you agreed to. I called to let them know I was allergic and they had already charged my credit card $84.97 and $89.94. I asked them why charged me for the free sample they promised. I was told I had not cancelled within 14 days. I wasn't aware that I was supposed to do this. I was told I could send cream back and they would refund or credit my card. I was given a RMA # so it would go on my account and I mailed it back. No refund or response at all. I called and was told they received the cream but they would not refund me or credit my card. The only option was to mail the cream back to me. My bank called and was told same thing. So they took my money and they have the "FREE SAMPLE" back also. This is a horrible thing for a company to do and get away with. In
Unfortunately I've been bitten by this scam before. Simply said , you see an interesting product fog sale on the Internet that has a low cost trial offer. Usually it's a small amount for shipping and hand handling. Since you have pay those charge, you must give them your credit card information. You probably won't notice the tiny print notice that, by ordering, the inexpensive trial you are agreeing to a "subscription " for many months at a high price I swore not to be duped again by this scram, but sure enough I gave them all my information . Not until I pressed the button to order did I see this company's notice that was going to sign me up for a "subscription " costing $89 and change. I immediately wrote them an email saying that I didn't want more of the product and said it was because of the monthly cost. A few days ago the product arrive at my door.. The two small trial bottles were package sent from Florida and the packing list inside said nothing about more to come. There is a customer service number on the boxes of the products. By the way, one face cream has the name Stem Cell Anti-Aging Face Creamq. LOL I hope you did not think this had anything to with medical stem cells. This company used the words because the ingredients list CELLS FROM PLANT STEMS. :-) I'm not a botanist and still wonder if it's possible to extract cells from plants. I feel that this type of scam should be made illegal by Federal and State government agencies.
This product was accessed through dr.oz and christie brinkley endorsement. the offer was free trial for customer paying postage only. no information indicating customer had only 14 days to return product from day of order. and, sure enough reflected in my bank account two auto withdrawals of $89. Free offer solicited under false pretenses. this is a scam. I am turning them into every authority I available.
I signed up for a free free trial. Automatically they signed me up for monthly deliverys which I did not authorized and cancelled immediately. Later they signed me up for magazines which I did not authorize, and charged my credit card. I was not until 6 months later after cancelling their product that I received an email indicating that this was my 6 month subscription and they was going to charge my credit card the usual $19.99 per month fee. I immediately called the number to tell them that I never signed up for any magazine, and never received any notifications until now and wanted all my money refunded because this was an unauthorized transaction. They refused to refund my money but cancelled the subscription. Also, i do not know any magazine subscription that charges $19.00 per month.
I was charged from Derma Devine for a product that I didn't order. I have no email showing that I ordered it and they have no contact number to call to talk to an agent. I have been scammed.
I took advantage of a special offer from Dermadevine for samples of their skin care products for the cost of shipping. I was charged a total of $6.94 on my credit card. Two weeks later, I saw an addition charge in the amount of $89.95 coming through on my credit card. I called the company immediately and told them that I had not received anything other than their free samples and that I did not wish to receive anything more from them. I also called my bank to have the charge reversed as a fraudulent charge since I had received nothing more than the “free” samples. The charge was reversed. Dermadevine disputed the reversal by falsely telling the bank that I had placed the full order and authorized the charge. Do not fall for this "free trial" scheme - it's a scam!
I responded to an ad for Dermadevine and DermadevineEye--not sure if on internet or TV Trial offer with complicated terms - I am 80 years old and not really as alert as I would like to be.
When I realized that I was being charged automatically-(I did not cancel) forgot about it) I called one of the numbers listed on the bank statement--it was answered by a very rude if not nasty person #179-Derrick-that much I was able to write down. It looked like it might have been a FL location, but He would not give me a mailing address of the company-said I didn't need it)actually refused --
told him I no longer lived at the address that item was mailed to--he said because i did not cancel I was required to pay--refused to give me a cancellation confirmation number-said it would come via e-mail(he didnot have it) only the computer had it.
I am stuck with the chrges if I can't prove I did not receive it--he gave me tracking numbers to call the USPS--can'treach them on the phone. They would need to give me a claim # and return that to them (where?)
The bottles indicate it might be a Nevada company-who knows-cannot find them anywhere on the internet for address to complain. Want to write attorney general of the state, but not sure how to proceed or which one to write to.
I noticed another complaint on your site for this company. Obviously not good one to do business with--not customer friendly -- just ripping off folks until the folks catch up with them.
Order a a free trail of derma devine and was charge 89.95 without my permission.
I ordered a free trial of derma Devine cream online the site said I would not be billed again there were two charges taken from my account in the ammonium of $79.95 and $89.95.
This company advertises a "free" sample. They request a credit card for shipping expenses, then enroll you into a subscription service. You must return the prodct in 14 days and cancel the subscription. The catch - First, not mention of the subscription or return policy on the webpage. Only small print somewhere on the order form. Second, no contact information on the web form or anywhere else that we saw. Avoid these people they are scammers.
