You are offered a free trial, plus shipping. What you don't realize is that you sigining up for a monthly subscriptions for products, that cost close to $180 a month. Apparently, you need to call to cancel that subscription after you receive your free trial. According to my credit card company, what they do is legal. It is just not ethical. I have every intention of spreading news about this scam on social media and urge you to avoid patronizing this sleazy outfit.
I ordered from this company in early October. I did not recieve anything until early December but they charged my credit card the ridiculous price of $258.62 in November! Like others, I got the contact info from my credit card statement. I immediately called to inquire about returning the product for a refund. The guy told me they didn't do that. I cancelled all future shipments. Ha! The day I called & cancelled, the company charged me for ANOTHER shipment! So far, they've charged me for 3 shipments.
We noticed a $4.00 shipping charge from Youth Skin and did not know what it was. 15 days later we received a $90 charge and we called the number on our VISA bill on Nov 5th The Customer Service Rep said "their system was down" so they could not confirm our order. My wife asked them to reverse the charges and they said since their system was down we needed to fax a note to cancel the order and reverse the charges. I sent the fax the next day and canceled that credit card only to find out we got hit for another $90 on Nov 5th which happened to be the same day my wife called and their "system was down". I called VISA to get the forms to file a credit card fraud and then we got the product for the first time on Nov 18th. I called the Youth Skin Derma Vibrance customer service number again and they said they had no record of our call or fax. They also could not provide me an electronic record of us ever ordering the product. Once I saw the product was an eye cream I recalled watching the advertisement but had not ordered it.
Way too fishy here so do not watch their ads on social media and do not order. Tried to get UPS to use return to sender for the product but no company name on the package and only a PO Box. Very suspicious.
