After 14 days of free trial, they charge you $89 for skin cream and $84 for serum. When I called to ask for a refund, they said they cannot and I should have read the fine print of free trial. It's a total scam. The packaging is cheap and I would not recommend anyone use it on their skin. Do not fall prey to this ad.
Make no mistake - this is a MARKETING company designed to separate you from your monery.
They are NOT a skin care company. That is just the hook.
Even the agents on the phone say " we represent over 300 products"
But they will still remind you of the terms and conditions that you signed which means they probably sell ALL of their products this way - NO RETURNS.
No chance to get your money back.
I finally read their terms and conditions and their terms actually say that you give up your right to participate in a class action law suit - HAHA.
I bought cream online on 1/17/18 for 14 days trial. I paid for shipping charges only on that date. Product arrived in mail on 1/20/18. And on 1/31/18, I saw pending credit card charge for 89.95 for the full amount. When I called company to cancel and credit my card, they refused and said it was too late. They were willing to offer a 35% discount for future purchases only. I just told them to cancel as I had no further need for their product.
I received an email confirmation from them regarding cancllation. When I replied with a formal email complaint, it was returned as undeliverable. And when I checked their website, no contact info provided. There is no way to contact them.....Sigh.
I have contacted Chase bank to dispute charge but they can't do anything yet as charge is only pending. I have been advised by Chase to wait a day before charge clears and then formally file dispute.
Free trial..You pay shipping....Charged my bank account...177.49 for 2 skin care products. When I inquired about it I was told that I could not get my money back.I told the young lady that I would return same, and to cancel my subscription. She said that she spoke with her Manager and that they could only refund 1/2 of my money and send me another set for the misunderstanding which cost me $86.01.......There was not any fine print on their FACEBOOK AD.. I checked because some other company did the same but it was corrected..Facebook you got crooks!!!!!
I signed up for a "free trial" for Derma Luminous not realizing they were going to charge my credit card four times for products that I didn't authorize them to send me to the tune of $369. Apparenltly others have fallen victim to their scam as well. It is next to impossible to find their conract info. On their website, it takes you to a different product. There is no information on their packing slip ---no contact number, no mention of the amount charged. I was only able to get their number through my credit card company. They are out to scam customers, hiding their contact info and terms and conditions. Their products don't live up to the hype. I want to return them but they won't let me. I want to warn others so this doesn't happen to them.
