Scam

Product doesn't work and you get charged $89 with no possibility of a refund if you do not return the product within 13 days. The customer service rep told me that it takes a while before you notice changes. Apparently, a while is over 13 days so before you can tell if the product works, you are out of the return window. The company refuses to issue a refund or partial refund. Total scam!

Scam

The product did not work at all. Then I received a charge of $89 on my credit card. Had I known that I would be charged this amount, I would have never ordered the trial. I admit I was naïve, but this is an outright scam!

I ordered a trial sample of a product Search through to be sure it was only a trial and I was not signing up for a monthy thing and nothining was stated that if you didn't call within 14 days that you would be charged 89.95 for a product that you expected to be a trial Also this same product is being sold by amazon for 32.97. What a scam this company is. The product is not even worth the 32$ let alone 89$. There was nothing that came with the product stating any terms which I thought was unusal but since it was a trial I didn't need the phone # or address of the company. I am sure they are making all their money deceiving their would be customers.

Joanna Gaines is selling a skin cream, eye serum and vitamin c on the internet with several celebrities claiming it is very effective. This same product is being sold under ZKO skincare, NUVACLEAR, AVANTI, DERMA DIVINE that I'm sure of. There may be more. They all claim to take away wrinkles and God knows what else.

It is wrong and misleading to the public. Just how greedy can people get? DISGUSTING!!

SHE SHOULD STICK TO HOME DESIGN (WHICH SHE IS VERY GOO AT) INSTEAD OF MISLEADING WOMEN. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING WHICH SHE ADVERTISES.

Beware Skin Care Company is a total ripoff. They sent me a product I never ordered for the eyes and charged me $84.97 and refused to return my money in addition to a skin care product for 89.94. They say I signed a form saying I had 14 days to request a refund or no money back. The order was made on 4/15 and the products were mailed on 4/30 and 5/2/17 when my account was billed. This was after 15 days giving us no time to test the product. Also there was nothing on the order form saying 14 days from ordering the product to request a refund. They ripped us off by sending us a product we never ordered with a charge of $84.97 and refusing to give us a testing period with the product in hand. This Company is a cheat and a fraud and will send you something you did not order and will refuse to return your money and give you no time to test the product. They will not give you any management names or addresses where you can call or write to complain about the service or follow up on a refund.*

Don't Let it happen to you

Same thing happened to me. My Credit Card Company tried to fight them and received a notice that if I did not pay I was "stealing" product from them that I had ordered. I never ordered anything except a free sample. Never had 14 days to try it before my card was charged, and then they put me on an automatic monthly shipment, which my card company got them to cancel after they closed down my current credit card and reopened a new one. The inference that this is connected to Christie Brinkley is also false. I contacted her page and was sent a confirmation that her likeness was being used without permission.

Nowhere in the free trial/just pay shipping does it say you have to cancel or you will be charged monthly. And it happened to me.

I ordered a free trial of the Derma Divine skin care products. I was fully aware that I would need to call and cancel my "trial" in the first 14 days if I wanted to avoid being billed full price (total of $170). Over a week had passed since I placed my free trial order and I had yet to receive my products. I called Derma Divine customer service, explaining I had not received my order. I was told there had been an issue with shipping, and an additional week would be added to my trial period, allowing me ample time to try the products. I was assured the products would arrive within the next few days. I received the product. I used them as directed by the manufacturer. They caused my skin severe irritation, to the point certain areas around my eyes were weepy and scabbed. These issues resolved as soon as I stopped using the product. I called Derma Divine customer service a second time, to cancel my trial, because I was still within the extended trial period, I actually had a few days to spare. I had the displeasure of speaking with the most vile customer service representitive ever. I told him I wanted to cancel my trial. He told me I couldn't do that, as it was after the initial 14 day period. I explained the shipping delay, and the basis of my first call to the company. He put me on hold while he checked my account information. He came back on the line and confirmed the date and time of my first call to the company, but refused to honor the 7 day extention the first customer service rep offered me. He told me that the only way to reverse the $170 charge that had already been applied to my debit card, that I would have to return the product, which required a RMA#. I then proceded to tell him about the product causing severe irritation to the skin around my eyes, that it caused the skin on the outer corners of both eyes to become very raw and irritated, very similar to a weepy blister, and had scabbed over. The irritation was so awful I was unabvle to wear any makeup on those areas for over a week after I had stopped using the product. I explained to the rep that I did not use very much of the product, that thew irritation presented almost immediately, that my product bottles were still FULL. I cited that even their terms and conditions stated that a refund could be issued of products were returned, that all I needed was an RMA#. The website was also very clear that returns without a valid RMA# would not be accepted. The rep refused to give me an RMA#. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told there were no supervisors there at the time, then the story changed to the rep I was speaking to was "basically a supervisor" and no one else in the company could/would help me. I decided to take another route by contacting the financial institution that I bank with, that backs my debit card. I explained the situation to them, and requested a charge back be issued. This was nearly 3 months ago. Today I received notification that the charge back I requested would not be honored. I'm assuming because this company is still refusing to acknowledge the 7 day extension they so graciously offered to add to my trial period due to their "error" in shipping my product. I will be following up with my financial institution in the morning, I just wanted to document everything up to this point here, now. Hopefully my bank will see the error in their decision. If not I'm afraid I will have to solicit the federal consumer protection agency for assistance in getting my $170 back. I still have the unused portion of their horrible products, and am still willing to return them to the company, but not without obtaining a valid RMA# to send with them. These products are my only bartering tool in getting my money back. I hope my nightmare serves as a warning to anyone else that is tempted by their product claims. It would be one thing if the products actaully worked. But seeing as they don't live up to their claims AND they burned my skin, it's not worth the risk.

I gave them my credit card for the shipping of the trial sizes. They used my credit card to bill me for the both items that I didn't let them do. They just went ahead and billed me. Never gave the return time or talk about the billoing until I saw my credit card bill.

I ordered my derma/devine skin cream and eye serum on Yahoo news showing the results of Meghen Kelly's anti wrinkle cream. I paid by credit card for the shipping of these two items. I tried them out and the cream burned my skin with their advice of using it twice a day after 14 days. One of the derma/devine site said that you probably won't see results until 4 months.

My credit card statement came in and Iwas billed for the 2 items that I thought were trial itmes. but they were the original sizes. I never agreed to pay for them and when I called up to return them, Kate 24 from Florida told me that I only had 2 more days left to return them and they would not get them on time. After squawking for a period of time , she agreed to give me 50% off and cancel my account. I was afraid that I would not be able to get any other results so I agreed. I am not a stressful person but the thought of being scammed like this and also duped has been on my mind all this time. I read the scam reports and someone scared them by saying that they would get the attorney general and the business bureau after them and they agreed to give one person 75% back and the otherperson got 100%. Everone on the scam report had the same complaint.

You better be quick to cancel before 15 days or you will be charged and keep getting charged every month. This company Stem Cell Anti-Aging/ Divine Skin or whatever the name they will change it to is a rip off. They offer a free trial, however you will be charged 89.00. There seems to be no place that tells you to cancel within 15 days. Until you call the company and then you will not get your money back. As far as the product is concerned, I get the same results from over the counter anti-aging creams, such as ; this is really a big scam. Do not fall for this one it is a rip-off.

I ordered their product thinking I was getting trial samples. 2 1cc bottles were sent. Larger than samples. Called the company when I found charges of 69.00 and 89.99 taken from my saving accoungt, was told these were my monthly supply and more would follow each month. Told them I paid postage for trials (thinking samples) and they were short and rude to ask me if I read all of the fine print. Told them to cancel my monthly supply as I cannot use it because my face burns when using. Would not answer about whether it is antiallergenic or not. Was told could not return because it was opened. This company is shady in their ads and should be invesgtigated.

Derma divine steals money from people that don't order their products without permission. They send products without an invoice so you don't know how much the products cost.
