Refused to pay for completed work then called the police when I left a bad review on her FB page.
Review:
I don't know if I have the time to deal with you. Yet, I will let you know I discounted everything I charged. You proofed the email prior to it going out. Eliana could not have migrated the account information she didn't have the files. I added on-site support under workflow to reduce the amount I would have charged you. I told you I would work with you. Which I did, that letter you are sending back was an addition discount to reduce the amount owed prior to filing a lawsuit. Personally. I was supposed to be in NC for my Grandmother's surgery also I had a friend die while working for you. I ending the relationship because you work in bad faith. This proves it. Lastly, thank you for teaching me to never discount anyone regardless of their sob story. Part-time Walmart employees get paid 2400 for two months of work I feel like I work for a company worst than Walmart.
Moreover, calling the police because I left a bad review on your FB page reminds me of that Kitchen Nightmare episode Amy's baking company.
I wouldn't work with her I have friends who have but her business practices after the loss of her original business [Coco Milano] have been less than admirable. I quit because I could see the direction she was going, and she proved me right.
Letter on the 22 of March - Reasons for not working with her.
Denise,
I am terminating all technically support and IT development moving forward. I appreciate working with your new company and building you a foundation you can use for years ahead. I know that you are a very strong woman and this [and this] road bump will not deter you from making your new business a beautiful success.
With your workflow and business model for me to be effective for you, I need to be able to communicate with your office manage effectively. If that is not possible this relationship will not benefit either of us. Furthermore, Monday's [3-19-18] change of web designers without notification and without a payment resolution for work completed. I feel was a bad faith business practice. I have always over delivered for all of my clients especially, when it comes to web designs.
I will do everything in my power to make this change as smooth as possible and will ensure you have a better organized back-ups for your store's machines and give you all completed and uncompleted work. If your new Tech or Web person needs any information, I will be available to assist them or you.
I hope my reluctance to give off the cuff responses, never gave you pause. The world of technology is always moving and requires me to confirm/research any suggestions to ensure you have the best guidance.
I would like to resolve any outstanding billing as quickly as possible as to close your account. Thank you.
Best Regards,
