On 8-19-2017 while my vehicle was inside a Delta Sonic car wash located in Syracuse, NY on Erie Blvd. the track malfunctioned and sent my vehicle into a barrier causing over $5000.00 in totla damage costs, rentals, time, etc.
The Delta Sonic REFUSED to provide me with any documents, video, and the legal address and name of the owner or corporation service of process address which is a law for domestic corporations licensed and operating within New York State.
Furthermore, they refused to provide me with their insurance carrier information. I could not find:
1. their insurance carrier
2. their license
3. local business license or certificate
They are refusing to pay for the damages and I have filed a law suit against them. Therer are at least 2 more open active law suits against them in Onondaga County, NY
