This company claims to have locations in the USA, but when you speak to anyone they clearly are not in the USA.
They claim to sell great email lists which, foolishly, my company bought from them to service one of our clients.
The list we got had too many erros in it to mention, syntax errors, wrong info, missing info, you name it.
When we finally tried to use the list, we instantly got blocked from every and any service we use (like MailChimp, MailUp, even Google)
When we alerted them about the problems, and the fact that by now we and our client was blocked from their business profiles, they had to admit their mistake and attempted to fix the situation. By that time our client had had enough with them and had already figured out this company is a bunch of scam artists operating out of India - trying to give the illusion they have an office here in the USA.
When demanding a refund from them, they have strung us along for weeks - adding more and more people to the CC list, including their "legal" team and their "accounting" team - and including a person named "Pat Dawson"
A quick search on Google brought me to the following page, which I wish we would have seen earlier:
