Purchased a touch faucet. After a short period of time it failed to operate properly. I called and after a long time and several calls they agreed to replace the electronics in the faucet. I paid a plumber to install the replacement parts.
Once again, after a short period of time it failed. Now they say they are relying on my original purchase time and say it is out of warranty. I believe the warranty should start with the replacement parts. They say I either have to pay for their repair costs or buy a new faucet. Unreasonable and un fair.
I bought a Delta faucet in February of this year and have had nothing but problems. Their customer service is a joke. They hung up on me once, and after calling back the customer service rep yawned the entire time we were on the phone. Still haven't corrected the issue and we can't use the kitchen sink to wash dishes.
