On 10/24/2020 air conditioner blower went out. called this company. next day came paid $79 dollars and I knew was inside blower motor. Ordered motor for the senior citizen mother. Cost $1325 plus the $79.00 to come and look at. On 10/27/2020 a 2nd tech came, did not bring motor that was oem ordered. He put in temporary blower motor in and outside fan was working. On 10/30/2020 Oem motor from Lenox came in. Tuesday a 3rd tech comes installed the correct oem motor in. Tried running did not work. Then stated need an outdoor fan motor and wanted another $1325. Which do not have in my bank.
The 3rd tech stated to buy a 13k unit or the $1325 fan motor. At that point went to another company 2nd opinion. The motor was lower priced but could not afford. I called the Matt Grisson he stated cannot refund motor money. So other company that is way better treats people correct no bull type of people pulling out. Getting a better deal. not no 13k dollars.
No refunds I lost $1404 called them 2 times was given cold shoulder.
But I believe in karma may their company and the evil ones get what they do to others, If not this lif time the next. I curse them to never prosper and be attacked in this life time and next. May the good people be blessed.
