I was visiting my family in Peterborough, and There was an unplanned wedding function. I didn't have any formal dress so I thought I should buy a dress. We rushed to Birmingham for shopping. I searched online and visited the address. I was surprised to see that it was not a shop but a residence.
I asked them that we want to buy a few dresses. There was such a rude lady, and she just asked us to go away.

She said, "yes," Then my sister said that we had driven 100 miles just to buy a few dresses if you can please let us in, and we will not take much of your time?
She started shouting at us, "I do not meet people without an appointment, and I have nothing to do, and I d**n care if you have driven a thousand miles, if you have not taken a meeting then I am not going to meet you. She shuts the door forcefully.
After a few minutes, another family was there waiting behind us, and she opened the door, greeted them, and let them in but not us.
How can a customer services person be so much rude? I think other people must know that they are insulting and there is no respect for visiting them.
Websites and apps take reviews if you have purchased anything and experience were terrible, then you can review. No one entertains against pre-purchase lousy behaviour and attitude.
