Hired Deco-Dan/Deco-Concrete Designs LLC. Who's name is Dan Gammercone to re do a patio in back of house and put a new patio with fire pit in. Contract was signed on 7/12/2017. He said he had to have a $1,000.00 deposit cash to get the supplies.He stated he was not set up for CC. He stated he was going to start the work the following day, never showed I called and he said he had to finish up a job and he would be there on the weekend. Never showed again! I called a few times then he finally answered stated he would start Monday never called!! Never showed!! This time I could not reach him for days. I went to his facebook page asking if anyone could vouch for him? Still no response from him BUT did get people emailing me asking me what had happened, I told them and then they told me he did the same thing to them! He had either started and never finished or took a deposit and never did any work!!
Finally he got back to me because he saw his facebook page said his son OD'd and he was out of state and then began to threaten me to take down the facebook.
I explained I couldn't it was his page.. He again promised to return the money to me three times and to this day has still not!! I had a friend do a background search on him which I know now I should have before I gave the deposit! He has been arrested 14 times around town. Burglary, possession of cocaine, Domestic violence,Battery etc. Please do not give this man any money... I am still hoping to get it back through small claims court, but the fact is he has threatened me and my sons to do us bodily harm... stay away from this man he is dangerous
