located in Kennesaw, Georgia. I bought a Spanish music CD. I paid $4.08 US Dollars for the CD.
They sold me a CD that has some scratches and the CD of
was not playing well when I placed it inside in my new CD player for first time. I wrote to them and I let them know that something was wrong with The CD. I told them that I can accept the refund or a replacement of the CD of the good singer but the CD should be in good condition. They sent me a message around February, they apologized to me for the defective CD, they told me that they
were going to refund me but they didn't keep their word. They have been lying to me the entire time telling me that they refunded me for the CD but they never did. I don't see any intentions to refund me for the defective CD. I think they are scammers.
I also notice something very suspicious. I got around four to five messages from several of their on-line store representatives only saying to me excuses. I noticed that they were very identical messages written by 4 different people. They have also used excuses telling me that my refund was stuck in processing but I will get the refund soon but they knew that the refund was never sent.
I think they are trying to postpone my complaint or they wanted me to get tired to ask for the refund. I can send you copies of those email messages for your review. I think those messages are written by the same person, not by several people. The messages are very similar. They are just trying to deceive me and deceive others.
They have been lying to me and they are expecting for me to get tired and I will not ask for my refund. Probably, they think I will give up.
I think they are also using fictitious names when they are writing me those messages. The Ebay and email messages that they are sending to me are not consistent and they are not relevant either. Sometimes, they have asked me for the order and for my item number multiple times even I already sent it to them in other messages.
They are also taking advantage of the terrible time that we are dealing with the Corona Virus here in New York. Many people are dying and some people are in the intensive care units of The NY hospitals. I contacted them through their website, they have responded it to me once or twice and after that they disappear for a long time. They don't respond after I send several messages or sometimes they have just ignored my messages and refund request.
I will be glad to share copies of The Ebay messages and email messages where they are telling me that they are going to refund me or the ones telling that the refund got stuck in processing if you have a similar experience.
