I have given them ample time to refund my money for the giraffe encounter. Since they have NOT refunded it I want to warn everyone!!! DON’T SUPPORT A BUSINESS WITh BAD ETHICS LIKE THIS!!!
I received an email stating that I needed to get my 9 month old baby..whom I’d be wearing in a pack, his own ticket.
1. I bought the tickets July 2. I received the notification over a week later.
2. NOWHERE on your site does it say babies need a ticket for the encounter. In fact, your site says children under 2 are free.
3. I called to see if we could purchase a ticket for him since there weren’t any available online (even thought I think a ticket for an infant is unreasonable anyway). I was told we would need to reschedule our visit. ...we scheduled the ONLY time and date that would work for us. I asked for a refund and I got a snotty “we’ll see”
