We hired Kelsey at Dear Tomasine Stills and Films (formally Blue Boots Photography) to do our small wedding on April 23rd. We signed the contract on 3/30/17 which stated "Digital processing takes approximately 4-8 weeks."
As of September 26th, 2017, we have only seen the watermarked photos and do not have access to the finished photos. We have tried to reach out to Kelsey at Blue Boots Photography/Dear Tomasine Stills and Films multiple times since the end of June for the unmarked photos or the pin to download them ourselves, but never received a reply. Since the photos were taken, we experienced a loss, which makes these photos even more special to us and we will never be able to replicate them.
She is still actively posting on her business page. Our phone calls and emails go unanswered and our social media comments get deleted. We have verification that the emails and social media comments were read, but it seems like we are not the only ones she has done this to.
Her BBB page shows other customers with similar experiences. I am not sure what is going on with Kelsey at Blue Boots Photography/Dear Tomasine Stills and Films, but I was once part of her great customer base. We now have to report her to the Ohio & Indiana Attorney General and hire a lawyer in order to come to a resolution. We did get a response from her after a few months by posting about our experience on Facebook. We tried to tag her business and leave a review, but both features are turned off. She also untagged herself and said she would respond via email, which we have not received. After posting on social media, I received stories of others who have had a similar experience including 2 court cases out of Richmond Indiana.
