I ordered 6 MXV boxes. When I received the package in the mail it only had 4 boxes. I filed a claim because I had insurance. The company explained they sent out 6 boxes, and told me I had to open up a tracking claim with the Post Office.

That didn't make any sense to me, because if Deal Machine only sent out one package, there is nothing to track. I took a picture of the package and 4 boxes could barely fit. The company responded again by saying they sent out 6 boxes.

I thought that what insurance was for? Anyway, I was never offered a refund and I never got my other 2 boxes. As far as I'm concerned, it is bad business to piss-off your customers. If you like people stealing your hard earned money, go buy from Deals Machine.

But if you have any SENSE, ladies and gents, avoid this site at all costs.

I ordered Christmas presents last September, five items in total including two smartphones, a dashcam, a phone chargebank and a mini quadcopter. I paid extra for insurance to cover any loss.

Everything but the phones was sent within a couple of weeks. The phones - despite the website claiming them to have been in stock - weren't sent until six weeks later. They then went missing at Hong Kong airport four days later.

Numerous queries with Dealsmachine support always received the same response - please wait 1-2 days, 2-3 days, or 1-2 weeks. In the end I had to reorder the phones elsewhere to ensure my family received the presents I had ordered.

It's now over four months since I placed the order and Dealsmachine are still refusing to pay the $116 dollars they owe me. They have asked me to accept a partial refund through PayPal of $26. This is despite previously accepting that i had paid insurance, that the phones had gone missing, and that I should be refunded.

I have been strung along so far by them, with false promises, delaying tactics and bad faith that there is no way I will accept a partial refund as that will be seen as me accepting that as a resolution and I will have no further recourse. Quite frankly I don't trust them.

A PayPal dispute has ruled in my favour but PP say they can't give a partial refund and have asked me to return the goods which I have received - which I can't do as they have been given to family as presents.

I have now had to go to my bank and request a chargeback. I have spent hours and hours trying to resolve this. As a point of principle I will not this company keep my money as a result of their obstructiveness and downright lack of good faith.

The whole experience of dealing with Dealsmachine has been the singular worst ever shopping experience I have ever had, so please whatever you do, take my advice, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEY ARE TOXIC!!

I'm only sorry this site require me to even give them one star!

I purchased a cellphone for $547.11 that includes expedited shipping, on December 4, 2015 from Dealsmachine.com. The website said the item would ship in 2-5 days after confirmed payment. My order still says processing so I began writing emails as to the status of my order. The only communication I received was asking me to send a copy of my photo ID. A drivers license or passport and the last 4 digits of my credit card that was used for payment for security purposes to verify the payment. and my order was being held util information received. I thought this was unusual and commicated such. Their website also says they respond to email question within 24 hours.

I made my payment through PayPal and I am a verified user. This email they sent, mind you, was sent to my alternate email address that I did not give to them. I sent the ID, drivers license only with the peritant information blocked out, dl #, birthdate and address etc. Still no response. I sent 2 more emails with the last requesting to cancel my order. I opened a claim with PayPal to refund my money back. Dealsmachine took my money and failed to ship my product and have not responded since. I looked up the complaint history of the company, something I should have done before placing my order. and saw many complaints for defective items or items not shipped. I believe they are a scam. Buyer beware!!!! I will be escalaing my complaint with PayPal on friday. Stay away with this company.
