I sent $34.20 to this company and after several emails about payment received, I later received emails about a high demand and that the order could not be filled. I received the email that my money would be returned to my account. I never received the funds so I wrote back and they said it was an oversight that would be returned. After assuring me that it would be returned then nothing ever shipped and I never received a refund or response.

It has been a nightmare experience working with the seller "bdeals" on dealscube.com

I originally ordered a 2-pack of refrigerator water filters (a very common item in my opinion) on 8/27/16 and I was told delivery would take 2 weeks. On 10/3/16, I had still not received my order and I reached out to bdeals through the dealscube messaging service within the members area of the site. Bdeals quickly got back to me and said the order has been delayed, but it should arrive within the next two weeks.

After a few weeks of continuing shipping delays because of bdeals supplier not being able to supply the product, I asked bdeals to cancel my order. He said he would, but after 2 weeks, I never received a refund. I checked in again 2 weeks later and still no refund.

It has now been a month of back and forth with bdeals in me trying to get my refund and all bdeals will ever reply is "We suggest you to contact your credit card company to file a dispute to receive your money back. We apologize for the inconvenience." I submitted an issue to DealsCube customer support and I never received a response.

I started reading through the other reviews and the positive ones look like bought/scam reviews. At this point, I felt the victim of a scam.

My credit card company would not dispute the charge because I submitted the claim 60 days after the original purchase date. I think it was bdeal's idea to keep me in limbo on shipping until after that date had passed.

As you can see from my experience, bdeals and dealscube are not a vendor and platform you should choose to work with. A little bit cheaper price on Google shopping is not worth the headache. I know my purchase was only approximately $65, but it is the principle around how these merchants do business that irritates me the most.

As a result of my experience, I highly recommend avoiding bdeals and dealscube altogether.

August 2015: I am 50 years old and I work with computers and I have very long experiences purchasing on the web.

I was building a gaming PC for my son and I found a good deal on an Intel processor on DEALSCUBE.com website.

Purchasing a CPU was difficult at DEALSCUBE.com site, but after some digging I finally I went through the process. Almost 2 weeks and I had no CPU since the order day, so I have tried to contact DEALSCUBE.com site. DEALSCUBE.com no responded but instead they were offering the email of the Seller.

I have a quick response from the seller, and they informed me that I have to pay with PayPal first and after it the CPU will be delivered on 10 business days.

Well, I have paid my invoice and 2 weeks after no CPU, no Seller no DEALSCUBE.com.

$320 dollars on the table or better say on someone packets and I was been robed.

Still today I have not CPU and no $320 Dollars.

I checked what other customer were saying about DEALSCUBE.com on the internet, and for my surprise, a lot of customers already been complaining and frustrated about DEALSCUBE.com.

I have contacted my Credit Card company "AMERICAN EXPRESS", and like always in my pass 20 years with them they investigate and found ZERO trace from this people. "AMERICAN EXPRESS", has returned my $320 Dollars. I went to " AMAZON.com" where I have purchased the CPU without delays and safe.

I would like to say be careful with DEALSCUBE.com, but it is wrong. Instead "DO NOT GO TO DEALSCUBE.com AT ALL AND TELL OTHERS".

Fake seller. I ordered something from this site. Nothing happened after 3 days. So I emailed them, got response said it will take up to 10 business days to process. After 10 business days I sent another email to their customer service and left a negative feedback on the seller. What I got was the same 10 business days **** and they removed my feedback. I think this is some kind of scam!
