I bought a drone+xtra propellers on 5/02/19 and paid in full immediately. Few weeks later rec. email it shipped but no tracking number. I never received it or any tracking number. I have contacted them many times.
June 11 a message to all from them...delays. Now they say under new Management and can't help. Database migrated to new system. Contact previous mgmt. I repeatedly tried and no response to this day. Nov. 17, 2019. Ripoff
Ordered a drone never showed two weeks later I called and emailed I got email response sayin it was back ordered and would be sent in a week I waited a few weeks and sent another email and called leaving phone messages i've received no resonses from phone messages or emails now their phone seems to not work and email address also no response.
I ordered a DroneX Pro the company is running a promotion for half price. I made the mistake of not ordering directly through the Manufacturer instead of This Rip Off company. I did hear from them and they apologised for the delay but I still have not received it. I ordered one drone with 3 batteries and extra blades $214.98.
I inquired with the company that makes the Drone if Deals you may like is an affiliate of theirs but have received no reply back.
I paid for lumilocks almost two months ago and still have not received them. Every time I contact the company they tell me it's on its way, which of course it's not. They have not returned my $447.00!

Product (Drone) not shipped, payment deducted. Company does not answer phone or replay to email messages left.
Two Months ago I ordered the Pro X Drone. They emailed it had been shipped as part of order #2176.
A month later Aleksandra emailed that they were, in fact, out of stock but more were coming on Friday and would be expedited. That never happened.
I have emailed three times for a refund. My payments of $134.99 and $24.99 were received by them on April 13.
