Dealsblast advertised a samsung chrome book computer as new for $119.65 + shipping cost of 20.00 paid by customer. They failed to state in the ad that the computer was used or refurbished but instead posted "condition new" When I received the computer it was broken. It would not cut on at all. The power cord was of no use and the computer was very old with scuff marks and much different than they advertised. I immediately emailed deals blast and called their customer service with no reply from them.
After several attempts I contacted consumer protection agency in Maryland and the BBB, both agencies interveined sending letters to Dealsblast but dealsblast has not responded as of yet, 2/11/19. The incident happend 01/28/19. I sent the broken computer back to them in the same box that they shipped it to me. They received it 02/07/19 through U.S. postal service. I am still waiting for them to reply to me and issue me a refund.
These scam artist do not care about the laws in the U.S. regarding selling broken or defective products nor do they care about the Universal Commercial Codes (UCC) business/ advertising and shipping of defective or broken goods. I feel that this situation is going to get to the point that I will need an attorney, if this be the case, then, I will be suing for more than just my refund of $138.65 + shipping cost. There are other people complaining about the same problems with Dealsblast. Consumers Be Aware, Dealsblast is a scam company and website!
