AVOID this company by all means. they can talk, sell and scam. they will take your money and you're basically on your own.
their software looks like it came from 1996
if you dont like the software for any reason, their "money back guarantee" is useless, even though it is in the contract.
they told us to send them a certified letter within 60 days of service to get the refund. all they did was blow us off after several attempts. the complaint to BBB also webt ignored. tells you what type of people they are.
they will completely blow you off if you are not happy with their crappy software. they scam dealers out of as much $$ as they can and run away. the business should be shut down. as car dealers, if we ran off with $$ and never delivered a car or its a real lemon we would not last, neither should they.
This is a childish software compared to what is available out there. Please do not pay a penny since you will not get your money back. I purchased the online or web-based version which has a lot of bugs and it does not work as it is advertised on the site. It crashes time and again and makes your life and your staff's life a living hell. I purchased it since I thought it was compatible with the iPhone as they claimed on their site. But this is a complete lie since there is no apple app. Once, I confronted them, they proposed a twisted solution. I was told that using my iPhone I should login to their site just as I login to my desktop and then use my iPhone for pictures and other tasks. This is not iPhone compatibility. This can be done by any wireless device. If this is iPhone compatible, then it must have app in the apple store. This is a false and deceptive advertising. A true web-base DMS software like DealerSocket, FEX, DealerTrack all work seamlessly for multiple users. Since I canceled my purchase with DealerTrack, I have been using FEX, a true web-based software, lower in price, unlimited users for same price, auction inventory import tools, many linked finance companies and more... DealerClick is a disgrace to the software industry with their childish development, exaggerated claims of capabilities, bogus claim of iPhone compatibility and many more false and deceptive advertising.
