After realizing this Company? took my money for signing up? I tried on at least 4 occasions to get refunded and conact the company about this FRAUD. They not only ignore my messages, but I cant even log in to my "account" to place a bid even if I wanted to, which I don't!!!! This is exactly why I am trying to get a refund of 78.00. For What????? I cant even log into my supposed account? This is outrageous And I will do everything I can to Destroy their reputation and Sue these people. And expose them for the REAL criminals that they Are.

Deal dash is a known online bidding website. You can get really good deals that is if you don't win anything that dirt cheap. Once you do, they tag your account and from that point on you have a following of garbage automatic bidders that follow you everywhere. The tag works in such way that the moment you bid, a pop up appears for you to verify and confirm the bid, and that invites the flood of the garbage that follows you wherever you go.

I called up the customer service and the guy pretended that he didn't know about any pop-ups sent by Deal Dash and requested a screenshot of the pop up. I have it if you are interested to see what it looks like.

As above now I feel that we were cheated becauseThere were three of us at the time plane and we are all disrupted by people jumping in after the five dollar limit people need to pay attention to what’s going on in his actions you don’t play fair and it’s just not right at this keeps up I will turn you over to the Better Business Bureau. as far as this company goes for a rip off report they’re insane. I don’t know what the hell they’re doing and they should be looked at to thank you very much. Sandra j. R

I was transferred to site after doing a survey. Was promised deals as low as a penny or no more than 30.00 for Xbox, TV's, etc. Once on site it says purchase 500 bids bit doesn't give price. I press to find out how much and it requests PayPal info and automatically charged 75.00 im not rich and I do surveys to make a little extra money. On top of charging me tjhe 75.00 it says nothing about once you bid you lose your bids with no chance of winning. Stay clear of this criminal.

Have you noticed how many of the companies on DealDash that offers products have only been heard of in two places. Those two places are on DealDash and the website that DealDash or these fake companies set up for their “luxury” highend products. Take Ashlynn Avenue for example. Go to their contact info. There is no physical address and no phone number. Email them and ask where their registered headquarters are located, what their physical address is, how long they have been in business, who their owner or CEO is etc. You will get no response. You will see a connection to some warehouse in Canada.

The same is true for Barrel Shack. Their luxury linens (who sell a microfiber count of about 25% of what any luxury company calls luxury) has Luxury Linens as their registered trademark. If you check, you will find Luxury Linens is a registered trademark for a division of Burlington Coat factory who really has used that label in ages. What about Bolvaint watches and wallets etc that are so popular as high end items?

Well, their is someone who actually appears with a photo at the Bolvaint website claiming to be an owner in France of Bolvaint. She list an address. The only problem is that address is occupied by Phillipe’s Or Phillip’s VERY HIGH END. watch dealer (talking $25,000 and up!). The point is these companies only exist on the DealDash platform and the website they have set up to give them a legitimate feel. No address, no phone number, no owner—claiming to be high end products to appeal to our desire to offer fine things to friends and family. We throw money at DealDash for things with a Burlington coat factory or Ross store value. Scam.

Either both DealDash and we are being scam, or DealDash is allowing or creating fake “ luxury” companies to lure us in. Dealdash consumers are those never before heard of companies only customers. Oh, and if you look, most of the websites of those never before DealDash heard of companies say the webpage was created in 2017. See a few years back DealDash had almost 100% recognizable named products for sale. Now 1/3 of their auctions are these never before heard of companies. Far East Collection—same thing. None of them answer emails from their website, non have phone numbers, no one knows who owns these company (no CEO, sole proprietor etc—with the exception of Bolvaint who has their address listed where there is already another business)

This online company that says it is bidding site really sucks you in each time you bid it flashes a sign say you are winning. Thinking this site is a reptutial place to get a bargain on products you need, you continue bidding thinking it should stop any minute now it is telling you you are winning. It doesn't stop and you continue paying the bidding fees. Then all of a sudden it looks like maybe just 3 are 4 people are bidding everyone else has dropped out.

So you can't stop it keeps telling you each time you bid you are the person that is the highest bidder. Before you realize all the other bidder have dropped out and now their are new people starting to bid and realize you have just wasted all the money you could have just bought the gift at a local speciality shop cheaper than what you spent. I am convinced that this site is a scam/gambling site.

I could have bought a nice bassinet and mattress if dealdash had not made this seem like sure thing. I now in a qudram of what to do. That was my money for my great grandsons bassinet i hope others read this before going on this site to purchase aa real deal, because i don't beleive that happens.

I went online and ordered delivery service from a local restaurant through dealdash.com. the product was never delivered and my credit card was charged immediately. This is fraud.

DealDash. Com is running a scam operation. They know exactly how much money each bidder has in bidding coupons. They have staff members who bid against bidders at the time to exhaust all their online visible funds. Allowing a few to win after picking the pockets of thousands insures it is not a level or fair bidding process. They select who wins and the bidder has no controls. The big fouls is internal people with unfair knowledge bidding against the consumer who believes it to be a legitimate auction. It not--Scam to cheat consumers out of their money!

I bought over 60dollars worth of bids and I bid in good faith. I was notified that I had won a pair of earbuds supposedly worth 100 dollars. There was nothing in the email to indicate that I needed to do anything to receive them. They were never sent and I believe that this is probably typical of the basic lack of trustworthyness of this company.

Deal dash charged me 78$ for a free item. I didn't know they did that

  • Nov 22, 2016

I made 145 in purchases for gift cards from deal dash. I lost my email address. Had to switch to a new one. And made a new account. After 3 weeks of not receiving the gift cards (7) in total. That I purchased. Not won in auction. I called them and said my account was closed. And they could not give me any information. So I asked if there was someone I could call that could give me information. They said no. I had to email them. Have tried and gotten no responses. So I'm out 145 dollars and will not receive the gift cards I bought and paid for. The charges still show on my credit card. Guess I will try to dispute the charges now with the credit card company to see if that works.

I when to dealdash thinking it was a valid site. Tried to get into an auction and was shut out through various means. Bate and switch and false advertising of product that all of a sudden disappears the next minute when you try to bid. In general this is a scam and should not be advertised on television .

I have been a long time dd bidder..I must admit that I have won an 1800$ TV for 40$, and other things. ..but being a long time player has allowed me to see things a new bidder isn't even aware of. ..first don't bid on packs. I have won every pack they have even the 5000. And I have never won anything with bids from a pack...there was an air conditioner that sells for 800.00 retail. ..I figured I would use the 5000 pack to win..I put my 1 bid in to make sure I wasn't locked out at the 5.00 mark. After 1 hour of bidders falling by the wayside I bid buddies my 5000 bids. I came back every hour to find myself bidding 1 on 1 with a different name until every bid all 5000 where gone. I was bidding against ghosts. ..the next day the exact same a/c was won by me for 100.00 plus all the bids at 15 cents...I played against the buddy system and notified dd of the scam...dd notified me that the 2 were on suspension. ..but I lost a 1000 bid pack and dd never reimbursed me...I have won products with the clock at 0 only to have it restart with another player.....finally I was banned from dd for putting a product on ebay. .a chronic player noticed my bidding on the dekdo 2 wheel riding board...it was when they first came out so I figured I would them...dd said winnings are not allowed to be sold for profit. So this guy got me kicked off...it was for the better. When I joined they had iphones, brand name tablets, great telescopes, laptops. Now it has laundry soap and fake jewelry...if you play prepare to pay.

Deal Dash is a decent site untill you get involved with their bonus bids program and then if like us you will have a rude awakening, ie we submmited a pic with a value of 225 bids we were awarded 30 bids after a few days after complaining then they gave us the 225 bids, ok then we sent another pic with a value of 225 bids and they awarded us 0 bids and we had to bed and everything else to get them to give us the bids wow Be Aware of A.D. of deal deal, this individual will not work with you period..... anyhow the third time and buy the way we have spent hundrends of dollars with these folks and bought manys bid packs. would not award us the bonus bids unless we bought another bid pack within the last week so they say in their fine print, we ask A.D. of deal dash three times to give us consideration in respect to how we were treated and in the end it does not make any difference how may times deal dash has throwed ya under the bus rules are rules its bull s**t.. pay very close attention!! have a blessed day....

The biggest and best scam around. I have spent over $5,000 in bid purchases and h as ve determined most of the scam methods they used. I will give a brief list: 1. The same person or persons bid on a product. They let people win occasionally so they can use that in their television commercials. 2. Any expensive product I have won after 2 or 3 weeks, like a camera or bicycle or tv, I have not received. 3. They won't respond to any inquireys or complaints and only refunded $74 out of over 5,000. 4. They buy most of their expensive products from india, indicating a value of thousands of dollars when in fact they paid penny's for and little value. They are cheap and they auction those and you win easily. 5. They have people that win the same expensive items over and over again but not after they take people as high as they can go. The minute you quit bidding, even if there are 2 or 3 others, someone of the group instantaneously wins. Almost every time.6. The same person is the same bidder on a product with multiple diff er entry names. You TINK YOU are biding against 2 or 3 different people but the are the same person. 7. Some of the bidders are allowed to use a website: bid trackers, that monitor the bidding process, owned by the same company as dash deal indirectly. 8 I am a CPA and volunteered to audit the bidding results and they refused. 9.there are so many examples of fraud. I have bid on close to 1000 items and know their tricks. I can go on and on, but don't time. I wish there was something positive to report. Only advice Don't get sucked in its worse than gambling. They advertise heavily on tv. They are legally committing fraud.

I enrolled in Deal Dash about a month ago, since I am reitred I have a lot of time in my hands to follow up on these games. I noticed that they have people 24 hours bidding to raise the bids. I started following these games after noticing it and also reading in another Rip Off report. Please be careful because this can be addictive.

This is not an honest game.

I went scrolling on websites trying to find myself a Roku box I went to deal dash.com because I thought of the spokeswoman on dealdash.com on the commercials but soon as I created my account my card was charged saying that that I bought a deal pack and that's right after that I created the account I will think that they will have some type of confirmation before charging my card but they did it when I went on my orders I seem to separate charges one for $78 and one for $39 and I told them in my complaint that I did not want any of their service in to refund me my full amount because I do not want to bid on anything it was clearly a mistake I thought it was like Amazon Prime where your card does not get charged until you make the bed very misleading and not very understanding I would like to have a refund I have bills that I have to pay

I joined deal dash thinking it was a fair an honest web site. After awhile of paticipating in biddinf, I noticed it was always the same people bidding against me and running the bid up. After I stopped for awhile I would watch, I never saw the names of those peoples name again. I f your gonna say fair and honest, they need to make it not so obvious, that they are crooked and cheats.

I seen this auction site thought I would give it a try because if I didn't like it your money was refundable. So I authorized 78.00 dollar bid pack. After about 6 hrs. Of this bidding I decided this was a joke and sent a email saying this wasn't for me. Refund my money the next day I look on my bank account and they charged me 585.00 dollars. I emailed them back they said they charged me bidding on different items and there was no refund. Now you have to understand I purchased nothing what a dilemma got a hold of my bank and now we wait. Thank you hope this gets out before anyone else gets ripped off

I won an IPOD back in June 2015, I never received it, and you can only contact them by contacting their customer support which I have done like 8 times and have asked them for a telephone number so I can talk to someone about this problem, but they do not give one. They said that it was shipped and that it is not there fault I did not receive it and for me to put a claim, but how can I if I have none of the shipping information. Its been over 3months and I still have not received the Ipod I won. They have no way other then their customer support of contacting them........

Involved in auction with Deal Dash and had almost 30 bids left in bid Buddy an automatic bidding service offered by Deal Dash and a competitor won the auction. How did this happen thought bid Buddy was an automated bidding system placing bids just at the right time. Having almost 30 bid buddy's left and still losing the auction
