Took our 4 kids to San Diego Zoo after purchasing tickets from De-Sells.com. The offered a much better price than anywhere we could fing. We drove 2 hours in terrible conditions only to find when we got there that the tickets were voided. When we took them to the ticket center they told us we were definatley not the first people to have been scammed by De-sells and that they are a fraudulant company. Noted that their website is down today. I hope they have been shut down. What an awful thing to do to people on their holidays. It wasted one of our days and our 2 year old who loved animals was so sad to not be able to see them at that zoo. I took a video of the kids and am going to post it on youtube under de-sells.com ticket fraud and hope we can save this from happening to someone else.
I purchased tickets for the San Diego Zoo from this website since it popped up as a Google sponsored ad when searching for discount San Diego Zoo tickets. The zoo sells the tickets for $50, and the website advertises $35, so it sounds like quite a good deal. I received an email with legit looking tickets so everything appeared to be in order. When we arrived at the zoo and they tried to scan the tickets, it came up as "return" so after talking to a couple people to figure it out, I told them where I purchased the tickets and they knew immediately I had been ripped off because they know about the website and the same thing has happened to others. I called my credit card company and had the charges reversed. Don't purchase ANYTHING from the website de-sells.com, you will lose your money and get nothing in return.
