DCFS removed the child without justification or investigation based on false allegations made by paternal family and their attorney.
DCFS further to review the pending court file in LA which also include a through custody evaluation as well of history of the case going back to religious court. The DCFS failed to review the custody orders as well as the evaluation done in April 2016 and the resulting court orders in June 2016
DCFS took our child from her court ordered school, on November 2016 without any investigation by the DCFS or review of current custody orders issued by Judge in June, 2016 and a holiday schedule in October, 2016 indicating that there was not problems with my having primary legal custody and joint physical custody with child sleeping for the most part at out home, a home she has been since birth.
DCFS did not review the through custody evaluation done by Dr. in April, 2016, and whose conclusions were followed by the family law court for the most part after 5 days of evidentiary hearings in Court.
Further, the DCFS failed to review the findings of the court which included a finding that the Court found that my allegations of sexual abuse were not made up.
DCFS took a radical view as to me and listened to false allegations made by the paternal family, who exerts some influence by virtue of their standing on our community.
DCFS also did not discuss this matter with our attorney, yet invited many text messages and emails from the opposition, which were clearly biased and also contained stale information already adjudicated by the court in 2015 by Judge.
As a result of the DCFS unwarranted action and lack of proper investigation, my child was removed from my home and created a great prejudice against my family and me in Children's court to the point where we were not allowed to produce significant evidence against father, who made several false claims against me.
Father was given custody of our child by DCFS based on false and biased information and contrary to the family court orders as well as the custody evaluation done by Dr. in April, 2016. Father & his family also made clear and false allegations that my father had physically abused our daughter in front on DCFS personnel, who did nothing about his false and unjustified claims.
DCFS did nothing about clear examples of false allegations of abuse by father in violation of law, as well as incidents showing father as having violence issues as well as credibility issues.
DCFS's actions prejudiced me and my family in the children's court case and allowed Father Family and their attorney to supply false information without verifying the information as a result of their bias against me. They failed to contact Dr. and review the thorough custody evaluation before removing our child from her school and then removing her form my custody.
DCFS continues to prejudice my situation with biased investigations and their reliance on the father family and their attorney's input without consulting more reliable sources including members of our Orthodox community.
