I’m an aspiring Puerto Rican American Entrepreneur who needs your help with retrieving my $28,294.00 from the Daymond John Launch academy. I attended a free seminar on July 19, 2016 that was held on at Crossroads Conference Center 6569 Clay Ave. SW at 3:00pm to gain information about how I can see my version of the American Dream turn into reality. Armed with the years and years of research I’ve done prior on my idea, I decided to look for successful business people and their mentoring programs. That’s when I came across Daymond John Launch Academy. Still veering from excitement, I knew it was divine intervention and the launch academy was coming here to Michigan and so close to home. After spending a few more nights weighing my options and with the full faith and confidence in myself, I decided I was going to sign up to attend the free seminar.

When I attended the seminar that day, the coaches appeared to be very knowledgeable about the company they worked for and what the program guarantees.

They also seemed to reiterate the programs refund policy many times. They all reassured the participants that came there that day and made it very clear that there was a 6 month money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied for any reason. With the coaches continued reassurance and easing my hesitation, I stepped out on faith and provided my Visacard for $1997.00 and wrote a check for $26,297.00 totaling $28,294.00 of my hard earned money.

After I went to the training/lecture session on July 29-31, the coaches gave information that I either already knew or have researched using Google and YouTube. The only thing that I walked away with that I didn’t know how to do was flip credit cards. I felt like I was sold a Ferrari and didn’t get Ferrari treatment. ( No lunch was provided, no parking validation, and no coffee was served even though I do not drink that poison!)

With my opinion about the academy from that in initial training, I decided to pursue the full refund that I was guaranteed. I’ve reach out to the academy and have spoke with the coaches, operators, and Director of Customer Service @Daymond John’s Launch Academy in getting my full refund. Needless to say, I’ve been unsuccessful. I was sold a lie and I’m furious with how things are playing out and the Academy’s unwillingness to honor my refund request.

When I attended the first free training, the coaches made it very clear that there is a 6 month money back guarantee if we are not satisfied for any reason. With the amount of money I paid to the academy, I expected the coaches to be credible, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about their business practices and policies. I’m very upset by this as I do not have that kind of money lying around to throw away. I feel like I’ve been robbed by this company and thus is causing me stress, anxiety, and many sleepless nights. If this is how ABC’s Shark Tank personality star Daymond John is running and scamming people out of their hard earned money, he wouldn’t be part of the show. Otherwise he may not know this company is using his name, image and likeness to run a scam business.

I’ve given many verbal and written requests to receive a full refund from the academy. Although the academy wasted no time cashing my check, they are putting me through hell to get my money back. Please help me get my money back from this company. I called on August 9, 2016 at 3:14 to cancel the payment which they say that you have three days after they cash the check to cancel and the check was cashed on August 8, 2016 even though they stressed that you have 6 months to get your refund! So I am in the the three day as they claim.

Biggest Scammers - going crazy taking advange of little old ladies! Elder Abuse!

I attended the Success Formula (Daymond John's) workshop in Sharonville, Ohio, and also Cincinnati, Ohio on December 13, 28, 29, 30, 2018, which I wrote checks and used two credit cards for a total of $26,294. I am an inventor, and I was promised "hands-on-help" to get my invention to market, and they would show me the path to success. Unfortunately, it was all a big "sales talk" on talking with different mentors over the phone, and no one had any knowledge what is involved in getting a patent. I requested that they sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement, (NDA) which they refused to sign, but they insisted on receiving all my confidential information regarding my invention. I requested several times, and they claimed that it was not required. They also promised a return of my money three times over if my invention did not get to market, and they would assist in helping me. It was all a bunch of lies from them. I worked very hard for six months trying to meet the requirements, to get my invention completed, and stressed to them the importance of having the NDA signed. They refused. They did not offer the help I needed. I wrote them a certified letter 4 June 2019 requesting a full refund. They received the registered letter, but have not responded with my refund. I am filing a police report, and I have contacted the State Attorney General's Office of Ohio, Department of Commerce Division of Security, U.S. Security Exchange Commission, Federal Trade Commission, Office of the Consumer Protection Services, Victims of Ohio Elder Law, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, F.B.I. I feel justified in contacting the Cincinnati Enquirer newspaper, the local Television stations, and turning this story into the internet, face book, and all the media out there to alert others. Because they have not responded, I feel justified in requesting triple damages for their outrageous lies and making me a victim. My family and friends are aware of how distraught this situation has become and the horror of this situation will lay upon Daymond John's and his accomplices' heads for what a fraud they are. They need to refund my money in three times over! In full immediately.

BUYER BE AWARE- Daymond John's Success Formula

Just another marketing sales pitch! Here are the highlights:

1. They always Overbook: to make sure seats are filled they will over book and then turn people away when seats are full, even if you have registered. Registration means nothing.

2. Bad Customer Relations: After I explain to Rep I had registered online and my seat should have been reserved, with attitude she said first come first serve and your 20 mins late!

3. Daymond John Name: Of course, the sales seminar just uses Daymond John’s name, he’s not there.

4 Sales Pitch: Just another sales pitch to hype you up in the seminar, then try and sell you some stuff. What are they selling? More workshops and materials. How much? Up to $1500 plus.

I'm not surprised of my bad experience, if you look at all of the reviews online they show how MAD and disappointed people are.
