My husband and i have been staging homes for her going on 2+ years. My husband has sent her many referrals with no reward expected in return. She’s made us pay rent twice in one month on at least 2 separate occasions which we payed her because needed the money. When she asked us to pay twice for the month of december After proving we owed nothing) she threatened to evict us with our 4 children and i quote "you're going to get kicked out and have to move all over again and i know i'm not gonna even care” she has done this to good friends of ours as well. We have moved twice costing us over $3,000 in the last month. She is not honest with homeowner or renters. She stole from us so often that we agreed to stage our home with our own furniture if she was not allow access. She then bullied my 15 year old son into giving her a spare key that was meant for the realtor who she said was coming during a walk through of the staged home but never showed up because that was another one of dawn’s lies. She never honors her word. She told my husband that she thinks i am bipolar. The only one bipolar is her with her passive aggressive nature. You would think that she was on drugs the way she treats people. If anyone wants to see proof of my text messages where she lied to me i will gladly show them to you) in fact i will just attach them to my report she knowingly stores furniture with bedbugs in different houses. She lies to homeowner about having to clean up after we move out. I took before and after photos when i busted my tail clean both houses after we moved out. I’ve had to block her number several times because she is a compulsive liar. She uses her passive aggressive behavior to get what she wants. She talks about people behind there back. Yes i recorded it on our security camera) she’s unprofessional at her "job” which btw is not a legit company and i have the link to prove that as well. Lastly but surely not least, she filed an eviction notice on us after only living in the current house for less than 2 weeks.
