Davinci maintains a lot of fake review websites to offset the thousands of complaints and Yelp 1 star reviews. Davinci attempted to auto renew without my permission. Davinci excessively charged my account for included services Davinci offered services they did not have Davinci promised parking but provided nothing but excuses. Davinci charged me just for checking to see if I had mail and for asking if they were open. Davinci blocked my attempts to speak to the corporate office. Davinci treated me with Collectios when I questioned their lies. Davinci tried to charge me 1,000.00 for each employee that received mail. Regus basically behaved the same way. I wouldn’t be shocked if they met to compare notes. I wish I could suggest a solution.
I do not speak english (I am using translator) I ask license to the words of another person that feels prejudicated by virtual davince, so they are doing the same gambling with me. I add to the report below that davince wants me to talk to a notary, but I do not speak English, so I could not go on with this business.

I believe that this has become the company's main means of billing, no matter what the cost, they try to rip their money, even if dishonestly. they have a large team of "soldiers" poised to stick in their pockets.

I signed up on their website for a virtual office service. And then they started to charge me 150 setup fee and 100 monthly fee every month before filling out my form. I've tried submitting my form to the third-party site provided by Davinci. But every time I failed. So I have to email them and let them book an appointment for me. It took me 2 months to finish.
Then I felt exhausted and tired of their unsatisfied service and called them to cancel my contract. They totally changed a face. Said they can not handle it and will call me back. I kept calling them for 3 days and every time they said they called me back, but nobody called. So I have to write an email to their support email address and ask them to call me back. When I signed up, they called me every day to force me to submit my form, but when I asked to cancel my service. Nobody called anymore.
Finally, this time someone called me, but at 7 in the morning! I told them all I want is to cancel the contract, but they asked me to pay 200 to finish the contract. When I signed up for this, no one told me that I can not cancel the contract. Can you picture your phone been transferred from people to people and everyone did not want to solve your problem, all they want is to charge you their money.
All I want is to just cancel my contract now. I'm lucky to have found the truth so early, considering their terrible service, I would never use it in the future.
