I purchase a vehicle through Craigslist. The vehicle was listed for sale as owner to owner. When I arrived to view vehicle it was at a business location. Test drove the car around the neighborhood but tank was empty (red flag) but either way I decided to purchase. I paid cash but when bill of sale and title was signed it was all under the business name of Scottsdale Auto Group. As soon as I drove off to gas station down the street, the car started overheating before arriving to gas station.
I called David and asked for my money and to keep his car. He refused. I waited 5 hours for tow truck. He originally had said he would help with repairs but never did.
