David Joung is one of the dumbest most dense customers we have ever dealt with, he is downright STUPID! David Joung seems to think we are beholden to him, as though we owe him something. He doesn't grasp the concept we have the right to refuse service to ANYONE! We had performed repairs in the past for David Joung, each time our service technican told the office manager he does not want to go back to this guys house ever again, as he is stupid, asks the most ignorant asinine questions, shouldn't own a pool, has no concept how the pool equipment functions, doesn't listen and thinks one repair is an insurance policy on the entire pool!! We made the MISTAKE of going back one last time. David Joung asked us to see why his pool sweep wasn't moving, while the technician was there, trying to troubleshoot the issue, David Joung would not leave him alone, one stupid idiotic question after another. When the technician points out things, such as "your pool water level is low" and caused the pump to lose prime, David Joung argued with him, a technician with 27 years of experience then asked "what's prime, what does that mean?". A moron who should not own a pool. Our technician was testing voltage on the automation motherboard, trying to concentrate while being asked more stupid questions by a know-nothing, no common sense nimrod, for instance David Joung asked "my pool heater is hot, it's not on, why it it hot?" Well imbecile, its directly in the SUN and the cover is BLACK, gee, no idea why it could possibly be hot, OMG! The technician ascertained the motherboard was not receiving 24 vac on the "cleaner" output. Technician called the office told them the issue and specifically told the office, "I don't want to work for this guy, he's a dumbsh*t asks stupid question after stupid question then argues with me!". I am not going back ever again. The office manager quoted David Joung for a new motherboard which he approved, we asked the service technician to please go back one last time, he acquiesced and said "trust me, he will come up with unrelated issues as soon as we install the new board, he's stupid!!". We installed the motherboard. Our technician spoke to David's wife, then spoke to David on the phone. Technician programmed the settings, verified actuator was turning then left. We began the next few days of receiving a barrage of text messages from David Joung. Nothing to do with any work we performed we ended up blocking him after the 3rd day our manager couldn't take it anymore. We offered to give this moron his money back if he would allow us to retrieve our motherboard, he refused, we blocked him. David Joung went online to besmirch our company with the following review: "I usually don't write negative review because all businesses deserve a fair chance, but I truly feel like I was mistreated by this place. Please read the other negative reviews before you call this place. I realize I am not only one who has been belittled and shut out. This place stops responding, completely ghost you once they take the money, even if the problem has not been fixed. DO NOT pay them in advance, that's the lesson I learned. Long story short: They charge me $1100 to fix the board, which I am not sure was broken. After the "installation", the vacuum that was working, does not work. This didn't happen over time, but right after their service. I report this to them and ask for their help. Basically what they say is I complain too much and will stop the service (after taking my money and leaving a glaring problem).

Follow up because the new products has created a problem. They didn't return not even ONCE to look into this. After paying so much, I was hoping but they didn't even give me a bare minimum of courtesy. Steve our office manager is one of the most patient men I have ever worked with, he couldn't take your calls and texts any longer, outright nonsense! The issue you called us for your old automation motherboard was not delivering 24vac to your valve actuator, this issue has been fixed by the motherboard replacement. Two times we have done work for you in the past you manufacture several other issues, unrelated after we leave, don't listen to our suggestions, argue with our technician and once again DONT LISTEN. It doesn't matter what we say it's like talking to a proverbial wall. He's unbelievable and yes we are going after him for his false statements, entire review is false, misleading and untrue. David has run his pool pump dry many times due to low water level then argues with our technician it's not low though it's at the plaster level under the tile, technican explains the pump is getting warped from running dry and needed to be reprimed as the lines were full of air, David asks "whats prime", "how do you do that" "how did it happen" after we already explained repeatedly, while technician is working to troubleshoot the valve issue and motherboard David brings up a dozen other non related issues such as "my pool heater feels hot, why is it hot?" There's nothing wrong with the board, It is under full warranty with Jandy if he felt there's a warranty issue we provided their contact information. We are reserving our right to refuse service to anyone which we exercise less than 3 times per year in the 1,000 + customers we deal with and refuse to work for you further, especially now. We replaced a motherboard per his request which is WORKING.
