On or around December 09, 2017, I ordered a Wax Bundle for $59.99. The bundle included 1 Pro-Wax 100 wax heater, 1 bag of Hard Wax Beans, and 1 bag of 11 stick applicators. I did receive my order, and thought everything was OK. Upon checking my statement from my credit card, I see my original transaction on 12/09/17 for 59.99. But then, I see where DAV Corp., charged me again, $59.99 on 12/10/17, again $59.99 on 12/13/17, and again $59.99 on 12/14/17. I immediately went on-line to find an address or phone number for DAV Corp., but nothing. I called the number on my card statement, 1-(785) 371-9947. It did not identify that it was DAV Corp., but it was all I had to work with. It rang and rang and finally a message came on for me to leave a message and I did.
Merchandise was ordered November 21, 2017, to date (12/19/2017) it has never been received. Merchandise was paid for by credit card. Have contacted them numerous times; once was given fraudulent tracking information. Now they will not even respond to my e-mail requests for information. Answer received was from a Sharon Mosely, Customer Service Rep for "DAV Group", but it appears maybe even the address given is fraudulent. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
I ordered a Saiyo full body pillow on 16th Dec. 2017 as a gift for my wife for X'mas. When the item did not reach me by mid january, I contacted Paypal to cancel the item since non of the existing contact info with the seller is null and void. I recevied the item in med February. It was no where close to the item they depicted on their web site.
Item does not worth US$ 5.00. I filed a resolution with Pay pal. Finally , the seller willing to refund if I return the item. Dhipping cost to Vietnam is US$ 84.00. I told paypal I am not insane to spend such amount to ship it. Now Paypal closed the case since I can not produce the tracking number. My Credit card can not assist me too. I hold paypal responsible for not resolving the case amicabley.

Seven Figures has been on my facebook newsfeed. I ordered over $200 worth of light bulbs (call me stupid) on November 26, 2017 and paid with paypal credit. They took my money immediately. It is now mid-January and I have never received the light bulbs. They sent a tracking number which is bogus. I have filed a dispute with paypal, who I deal with all the time and have never had a problem, but for some reason paypal is balking about removing the charge from my credit. Beyond being out $261.15 at this point, they are STILL showing up on my newsfeed with 75% of the comments being what scammers they are. I don't even want the items any longer as I was planning on using them for outdoor lighting for Christmas. I don't care where they are located - this is the 21st century and nothing takes almost 2 months to come to the USA. I'm fed up. They are bogus.

I saw an ad on facebook for a neck cradle that would help with chronic neck pain. They even had a video demonstrating how to use the product. I did not check out the company before ordering. They sent an order confirmation and another emial indicating that my order was being processed but I never received the product. I sent two email inquiries.
They said they received the email but never replied. Upon further investigation, I realized that there was no address or phone number for the company and they went by two different names: DAV Beauty and SAIYO. I did a search and saw that other people have been scammed by this company. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Some folks have had multiple charges taken from their cards. I only had one charge.
I will report them to the BBB and continue to follow-up. My credit card refunded the charge and they are now looking into the dispute.

2 months after the first order was placed the items were received and I gave them as Christmas gifts. The day after Christmas, my bank was compromised with 2 $1 charges which I declined then $59.99 was charged every day or every other days for a total of 5x causing my bank to overdraw and we were away for the Christmas holidays.

Dav Beauty has debited my bank account 5 times in 7 days for the amount of $59.99 each time without my authorization to do so. I did not order anything more than what I already have received from them. They do not give you a phone number for contacting them and do not answer my emails.

This company outsources all of their product sales to individual little LLC's. Likely in foreign companies. I ordered LED bulbs on Nov 25th, received a notice in 5 days that my order was shipping. This company is fradulent and is outsourcing their sales to foreign companies who have no intention of shipping the product.

I ordered two LED flaming light bulbs as advertised by this company on the internet. I receved an acknowledgement on Nov 30, 2017 but have yet to receive any product or further status update from them nor am I able to contact them.
On nov 25th, ordered 5 flame lamps and paid $106.20 after discount via amex. It is now january 7, 2018 and no product has been delivered. Website has no customer service contact info. Found Yscam and see that dav beauty has been reported numberous times. Should have check them out better before ordering.
I see many scam reports on this company now. I paid out 100. via paypal on Dec. 14. No confirmation email or goods have been received.
I ordered 2 flame light bulbs from dav beauty on november 28. Got confirmation of my order #36918. Never received my order. My credit card was charged. I had one email response from them saying the issue would be handled within 24 hours. The email logged my request as 10897. Now the email address is not valid. There is no phone number to call. I saw several other Yscam when i googled their address. I decided to file a report also. Has anyone received any resolution from dav beauty?
I purchased Pro-wax 100 and "Yes” by finishing touch in October 2017, was charged for those two items in that month. There are reoccurring charges of $59.99 in November and December, total of 5. Email addresses that I searched were not available, I would receive a "message failed”. I am not able to get a hold of anyone from this company to get a refund. There were 3 different email addresses I tried and no contact number to be found anywhere. Have to close my credit card.
ordered some LED FLAMING LIGHT BULBS in late October, my credit card was charged and now in Mid December i have not received anything
I never got a conformation number, shipping order date or any tracking number, all i know is they ripped me off for $124.00
i emailed Sarah Moreno on Dec 06, she responded with a 5 day wait for tracking number, that was 2 weeks ago
I asked for a refund and have not gotten a response, there is no phone number and when i search there web page, it keeps throwing me
back to the start, over and over.
12/19/17 i emailed Sarah on 12/14/17 and the daemonmailer returned my email.

I have sent e-mail to co. who got my money and also another e-mail associated with them and no answer from either..I put out 63.56. Ordered the item no. 27th and paid same day..big rip-off.

Ordered two led bulb on 11/23/2017 for $ 52.44 and haven't received the items. Sent out an email to them and it couldn't be sent to the email they had listed.
Placed an order on November 27, 2017 Copied the link from the payment page. It has now been over 30 days and no product has been received. Went back to link that I saved and the page has been deactivated. Website still exists but no contact information for customer service.
Now I am reading all the bad reviews on company.
Ordered 2 flame looking light bulbs from davbeautiy products with an email address in Australia. I emailed them to track my order and have not had any contact with them and no product. Now my emails bounce back...I won’t let up, I’ll find the culprit
I purchased an item for my 91 year old Father in Law to relieve his chronic neck pain. He never received it. I did not get and shipping info.
My"invoice" # is c24505830669.1 / Trans ID is: 86K70229un8002306. The item was a neck harness or hammock that one hangs from a doorknob.
Customer service links on their site are not real. Purchased on Facebook.
I emailed Sharon C. Mosley who responded to my emails that my first order in October was on its away. Her email is [email protected] and there was another email on there for [email protected].
2 months after the first order was placed the items were received and I gave them as Christmas gifts. The day after Christmas, my bank was compromised with 2 $1 charges which I declined then $59.99 was charged every day or every other days for a total of 5x causing my bank to overdraw and we were away for the Christmas holidays.
THIS IS A SCAM and I have since email Sharon Mosley asking for my money back and now her email through Zendesk is not undeliverable.
Ordered 2 led flame bulbs late November. Was charged by the company and they sent a email saying they shipped. Now it is almost January and nothing has been received. The websites contact email is returned to my inbox as undeliverable 2x now. What a total scam. No tracking numbers and if you go to the company website they have in fine print unless you pay extra they aren't responsible if you never get your items. I never saw this option when ordering and it appears this their way to " legally" rip you off by never sending out a thing. Am reporting them to pay pal, we will see how far that gets me.....
I ordered a wax warmer and wax beans from this company in August and paid for it with my Debt card. This was the end of my business with this company, as I did not have any outstanding orders with them. Out of the blue I see that they charged my card $59.99 on 3 different dates in December. I had to cancel my card and filed a dispute with my Credit Union. I never received a response from "customer service" at DAV Beauty...I believe that it's a bogus email address. I am still waiting for resolution and recovery of my $179.97. Do not order from this company ! I checked again after about 10 days and the tracking number website was SHUT DOWN! I tried to email the seller via Gmail, but received no reply. I will be disputing this with my bank
Dav Beauty has debited my bank account 5 times in 7 days for the amount of $59.99 each time without my authorization to do so. I did not order anything more than what I already have received from them. They do not give you a phone number for contacting them and do not answer my emails.
DO NOT do business with these people! They are scam artists!
This company outsources all of their product sales to individual little LLC's. Likely in foreign companies. I ordered LED bulbs on Nov 25th, received a notice in 5 days that my order was shipping. When I checked the tracking number, it said it was "in processing" same thing a week later. I checked again after 10 days and the tracking number website was SHUT DOWN! I tried to email the seller and the email address came back as "not valid" via Gmail. I had to dispute the purchase via Paypal. They seller responded with a tracking number for a Belgian shipping company. I entered THAT tracking number and it says "this tracking number" does not exist. This company is fradulent and is outsourcing their sales to foreign companies who have no intention of shipping the product.
I purchased an LED porch light for $28.70 via PayPal from DAV Beauty in November, order #34683 and never received it. I found the company from a Facebook share and made the purchase. I got an email notice that my order was shipping and a phony tracking number that worked for a while but only said that the item was with the shipper.
I ordered four LED Flickering Light bulbs from Dav Beauty. On Nov 26 I received a confirmation EMAIL saying "order 37100 confirmed.
