I thought I had useful data in my safelog account but I could not access it as they forced me to renew a subscription. I did but found out that almost no logs where present in my account. Iimmediatly contacted them to cancel the purchase. Instead of a friendly customer service I got really rude emails accusing me to be a scammer. Don't buy from them, as apparently it's not the fiest time they get complaints for this kind of behaviour towards customers.
