It's a scam. Don't pay them anything. I fell for it because I was desperate to find cheaper housing. I could not get in contact with the agent after i paid. Tried calling customer service and the guy was rude.
This is a scam do not under any circumstances give these people your money.
I gave them $199.00 dollars and was given a list of supposed pre-foreclosed homes.
I followed their instructions and got no results, the letters that you send get no replies, the calls you make get no answer, or if they answer the home isn't being foreclosed on.
I tried to contact customer service four or more time's and received a email with a ticket number and a note saying I would be contacted in 24hrs, two days later after no other response from them I finally after holding on the phone for over an hour got someone.
I informed him I want a refund then he referred me to the terms of service agreement
where it states that you have to have five letters of refusal from the non-existent home owners to even begin to get the process going, now remember that I got no replies from any of the people I mailed letters to.
So basically set up to fail.
In short these people are scam artists and it will do you no good to get involved with them.
